I found it so easy and straightforward and your staff so helpful

Staff where so helpful, even afterwards phonecards to check I was OK..

When I phoned up I got Rebecca a lovely young lady tryed to keep to talking with her my partner had died this what he wanted but didn't have time to book it with you so I did it with Rebecca she emailed me telling me part as we went along. The what crem it was I said I will pick up Brian's ashers myself. She sent my a message on the day of it and to see if I had got the date when I was going to pick up Brian's ashers iam picking them up 20th July she has been so very helpful going through every little thing with me I thank her so much 👍

First of all I would like to say thank you to Rebecca, who helped me through everything. Simplicity is definitely the way to go now. It could not have been easier to arrange the cremation. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Rebecca, who explained everything to me and answered the questions I had without me needing to ask them. I was kept well informed throughout, not just by Email but by phone calls explaining when the body was to be picked up, what day the cremation was and where and when I could pick up the ashes. Rebecca even phoned after I had picked up the ashes just to make sure everything had gone ok. Simplicity took all the stress out of what is a hard time in life. My whole experience with Simplicity was very professional but also very caring. Thank you.
