This a compony with no standards

I really don’t even know where to start I’ve ordered an item from . The delivering company that they are using a skynet I could’ve picked up this thing myself if I know what I have to know when of today I would’ve never bought it online online shopping is supposed to be easy but not with this company. They informed me today that my parcel will be delivered before 5 o’clock. I have phoned in several times speaking to consultants not one of them notice that the parcel that was supposed to be delivered is not with the right delivery guy after a struggle we found out that the wrong person took my parcel and it’s not on his route they swap the parcels and had to be delivered today to me. After I found it again I was informed that I have to go back to the place where they will deliver the parcel I sat there for two hours no communication nothing from this side after they told me and informed me that the parcel will be delivered by 5:15 I was also been informed that the Driver will contact me which he has not every time I will get a message from Skynet informing me That unfortunately the parcel will not be delivered this is complete BS really this is shocking. Then I have management telling me that don’t worry we will go out of our way to provide you with your parcel which is another lie all they gonna say is I’m sorry for the inconvenience the word sorry in today’s society doesn’t mean Jack crap nothing people are just using the word to get away from the issues live up to your mistakes empty promises doesn’t help at all well this is probably gonna get nowhere anyway so they’ll just wipe their asses over this anyway so that’s what they a do and that’s why they proceeding
Their procedures in place for you to receive a parcel you have to have certain documents if you don’t have the document you will not receive your parcel but they have the right to treat you like a complete idiot make your day and never receive the thing not even a communication of saying sorry we will not be able to make it it’s just no communication at all oh well let’s see what happens I wish I didn’t even have to give a star cause they are not even worth it not even a breath they’re just waste my time about this complaint anyway so let’s see what happens in the future

Your service sucks please other delivery companies they deliver on time , i think your drivers will be high on drugs .How can they come twice and turn back at the gate without doing the job.Ive been waiting fir my parcel for ages

From Sri Lanka. It is order from temu was late than establish delivery data. I was trying to contact the seller from call as well as whatsapp but they didn't respond.

This is by far the the worst company in this world, never have i known just bad service and for a company to not take action for there behaviour, my parcel has been delivered to Aberdeen in error by Skynet (which they fully accept) but they have lost the ladies parcel in Aberdeen - who is then holding my parcel as leverage against Skynet for losing her parcel - absolutely unacceptable and then email was meant to be sent to me confirming this and as yet no email. SKYNET then want me to accept the parcel has lost and i said no. IT IS SKYNET RESPONSIBILITY TO GET MY PARCEL TO ME BECAUSE MY PARCEL IS NOT LOST BUT SITTING IN ABERDEEN - LET SEE HAPPENS NEXT

Skynet is the worst courier I ever had to deal with. They don’t pick up phone calls you can hardly get through to them via message or WhatsApp they reply when it suits them their service is completely bad they refer you to an agent that replies whenever they want or that’s never available also they never sent a email for me to pay tax then after I complaint they ask me for email which then I had to wait for a month and then finally when I paid I had to still wait so long. Customs said that my package has been released but the courier says they haven’t received my package yet I’m very disappointed and I wish I had a better choice but Skynet doesn’t deserve any stars at all 👎

Terrible company, they say they sent an invoice but didn't, call and leave a message without a tracking number and when I call them cannot find my tracking details. When I call them they do not answer and the voicemail is full. Could not offer a worse service.

I’ve been waiting for my package for weeks, and Skynet has failed to deliver it. The tracking status is either stuck "on hold" or not updated at all, with no explanation.

Worst of all, Skynet’s customer service is impossible to reach:
- Calls go unanswered or drop after long holds.
- Emails go ignored.
- No accountability for delayed/lost packages.

This is unacceptable for a paid courier service. I paid for delivery, not incompetence and silence. Avoid Skynet if you want your parcels to arrive!

They’ve lost my package. My other package says it is in customs 3 days now and nobody called me. I have sent an email with no reply!

I sent this message to Skynet they just send automated responses repeatedly they don't answer their phone's or email's,
"Good day I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered now since the 30/04/2025 in until now noone is contacting me and following up with information to let me know what is going on they keep saying it's a bad address I already updated them through the Skynet email to update the address but I've gotten no response through e-mail as of yet R080065106202 this is the waybill number where it's says on the comments "Bad address" which I don't in understand as I according to my knowledge updated it through email ✉️ I tried calling countless times to get through to an agent the call just kept beeping and disconnects all the time I WhatsApped them to no response nothing work's I'm very disappointed with Skynet service it's horrendous I will be complaining about this on trust pilot and hello Peter as well as other social media platform's to warn people ahead of time because this is not the service anyone should be receiving when placing an order my order tracking number UASDWN7C I'll be also taking it further if there is no response to my complaint also no one has offered alternatives for me to pick up my order from Skynet at all they just keep saying it's out for delivery 🚚 and no once call's or even email's me no SMS no message's no calls no e-mails ridiculous!!! Also I'll let Lemkus know that they should change their courier partner as there are plenty of courier's that are available to do the job right"

I ordered a Envy green converse Allstar through Lemkus a sneaker shop buy unfortunately as gf yet never received since the end of April now I'm in May I paid in full buy no one seems to respond to my message's or complaints I contacted them on Facebook but still no response not even the auto response to they use I also contacted Lemkus as well just waiting for them to respond to my query before I take this further.

Ordered through temu and they used sky net and my order status says delivered but i neverr received my package and the dont answer emails and pick up their calls

Terrible Service – Still No Package!

I am beyond frustrated with this courier service. My package was supposed to arrive days ago, and I’ve received zero updates, no communication, and absolutely no sign of delivery. Tracking is useless, and customer service has been completely unhelpful – all I get are vague excuses and empty promises. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I trusted them with something important, and they’ve completely let me down. Avoid this company if you actually want your packages to arrive on time – or at all.

Skynet service is truly poor and they dont seem to care irrespective of their reviews. I hope service providers realize thisband choose other couriers for their customers. No one deserves their level of service at all. The driver literally lied twice saying I am not home and today I'm being told he will be dropping off my parcel as soon as he is done with the one he was busy with and I am still waiting after 5.

Horrible service. They claim to have attempted delivery twice but I was home and nobody came around at all. They don't answer emails, their chat lines or phone calls. Still waiting for my package that they've had for a few days now. Just trash

Was on the phone 29 minutes, from caller number 42! Dealt with better courier services that are not branded, they were more efficient and delivered professionally. Shein should not use you.

If it were possible I would give them a big fat 0 for their useless service. Skynet does not care about a customer and in my opinion their delivery guys are just down right lazy to go that extra mile to make sure customers receive their parcels on time. An important document like my car licence has not been delivered at all because the excuse the driver gave was that my address is in a bad place. CATCH A WAKE UP PLEASE there is Google maps and we are in an industrial area so dont make bullshit excuses.
