I must express my gratitude for Snellers’ exceptional ability to maintain a strong and respectful landlord-tenant relationship. Their dedication to ensuring both parties were satisfied was evident throughout the entire process.

Their ability to strike a balance between landlord and tenant interests is commendable, and I couldn't be happier with their services.

Sophie and Bethany have been a brilliant support to my husband and I whilst in a 7 year let in a property they manage.

Initially we were given a designated agent to contact and that seemed to change all the time. But in recent years Sophie and Bethany have been managing the lets and things have greatly improved, due to that consistency of care. Sophie in particular has been great - she knows us now and the quirks of the Victorian property itself and the ins-&-outs such a period property can have. Sophie has never left us in limbo and has always moved on things quickly and helped our landlady keep this Victorian lady still standing & comfortable.

As lifelong renters we have experienced many ups and downs with agencies, but Snellers has by far and away been the best we’ve had. If we weren’t moving out of the area, we would have looked to move into another of their managed properties going forward, as a result of the service and support we’ve received as renters. Consistency and good support are rare in letting agencies, but Sophie & Bethany & their team have managed it consistently for us in our time as their tenants.

For well over a year now Sophie Sheppard has been my property manager, managing one of my condos in Hampton. Recently, i decided to put the property on the market, which at the time i did not realize the issues that would surface regarding my long-term tenant and the following sale. I have to say i am truly blessed to have had Sophie in my camp. She has been a very proactive property manager that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks on both the owner and tenants' side, from rent issues, property maintenance issues to basic well being of the tenant.

I travel a lot for work, so i can be assured that when Sophie emails me, it's about something i need to deal with. Sophie's emails do not just dump the problem in my lap to sort out, she provides probable solutions and ways forward to solve whatever issue is at hand.
More recently as previously intimated, Sophie was a godsend, with respect to relocating my tenant (including court proceedings) and finalizing the condo for handover to the new buyer.

I have never physically met Sophie, but dealing with her has been an actual pleasure. She is always polite, attentive and knows her stuff. A real pleasure to have her in my team, so to speak!

There is not a lot more that i can add here except - Thank you Sophie, for everything - your advice, your actions and making me feel that my property is / was in very good hands.

Avoid Twickenham Snellers at all costs. We’re currently going through an end of tenancy dispute after only renting for 3 months. We had to end the tenancy early due to mould in the bedroom which was making us ill. We had spent a month sleeping in the lounge and they had no interest in sorting the mould, even though their expert said it was the worst he had seen and the wall needs rebuilding, they even had the cheek of saying that it will likely be an issue for the next tenant by Kieron. They don’t care at all about people! From day one it was a disaster. We turned up to a very dirty flat, storage cupboard full of boxes and many other items leftover from the previous tenant. We couldn’t move our own items in until a WEEK later than planned and I was called difficult by Kieron for insisting that the 20 large boxes be moved sooner and asked if some of the old furniture could be moved out. We were told we had the option of fully furnished or not but we had no idea what would stay and they had no idea as the previous tenant had vanished. Eventually we had no choice but to move in without the storage space which was really difficult. The inventory report for check-in, once we finally received it, listed the words grubby, dirty, dusty, scratches, mould, well over a hundred times and we sent numerous emails asking for things to be fixed, despite the flat being dirty upon our arrival they are now trying to take over £200 for a professional clean from us! We had no keys for our mailbox for weeks, they didn’t help us to sort this out at all, there happened to be a handyman in the building helping with a general issue who helped us out. We had to buy our own key to gain access to do a meter reading and we also had to get a extra front door keys made for ourselves and the agency as they only had one set. The curtains had mould on them, there was so much dust behind the radiators it was disgusting and we spent hours cleaning the walls which were covered in grime and marks plus scraping black grime off around the oven. Once the storage boxes were removed that then revealed a mouldy carpet and pipes and dirty walls which we scrubbed ourselves. As well as trying to get us to pay them for a professional clean they are also now trying to claim that we owe them
£25 toward a cracked tile which is shown in the check in report, £25 for a loose kickboard..which was already loose when we arrived, £25 for scratches on the floor which is covered in marks which is mentioned in the check in, £25 for a greasy door when we moved in there was thick grease everywhere. It’s clear that they keep any money they take from tenants for processional cleans for themselves and do not pass the benefits of a clean on to the tenant. It was the worst 3 months of renting in London I’ve ever had after ten years with no experience like this before. They released us from the tenancy early with two months notice but due to sleeping in the living room to avoid the mould and them clearly having no interest in resolving the issue while we were there, we had no choice but to move out early. We’ve been out of the flat for over two months now and it feels like the nightmare with this company continues as they are dragging us into a tenancy dispute for the clean and ridiculous items they’re charging us for. The biggest regret was not turning around on day one and getting out of the tenancy then but as they well know it’s incredibly difficult to find a place to live and with a short turn around so we were stuck with this dirty mouldy flat! If you listen to one review let it be this one, Snellers are fraudulent liars, they will knowingly lie about damage and cleaning to take every penny they can from you and if you have the audacity to challenge them they will blame you and drain every ounce of spirit out of you by passing you around various staff who tell one conflicting lie after the other, to the extent that when Kieron was chasing us for a bill we had already paid I asked about the deposit return and the response was ‘not my problem’. An absolutely soulless company.

Do not trust this agency. Their reviews are fake, and they force you to write a review. Fake ads, and pretty much useless. Last time I rang at the office, they told me to speak to landlord. It is not going to solve the neighbourhood issues in the flat. Point is the place was advertised with a bed and QUIET! It is just a mental place. Sarah Tranter is also a lying robot - she does not reply to her emails same as her colleagues.

Especially Kristopher was a pleasure to meet—outstanding service, honest insights about the property market, and a very down-to-earth approach; we couldn't imagine a better agent.
Also worth mentioning is Kieron, who ensured that we are satisfied with the overall experience. He has been very professional, efficient and attentive to details, and we really appreciate his help with all documentation.
Great team, very considerable and generous, excellent service, highly recommended.

Gabriel Banner was our agent and he was extremely professional and helpful. He is a credit to snellers and he would certainly be my first point of contact for any future letting or selling needs i nay have.

We have a ‘to let’ sign outside our house. Apparently that means this estate agent can post three letters through our door in the space of 24 hours, one of them asking we call them to discuss the sale. We are not dealing with this estate agent and, for the record, will not do so in future.
We have a sign on the door saying ‘No junk Mail’ and another sign saying please do not knock because we have a newborn baby. The letter box makes a very loud noise, and knocking on the door just after you have posted a letter which says ‘sorry we missed you’ is just rude.
The fact that they can’t read (or choose to ignore?) either sign makes me very concerned about their ability to sell a house.
Please stop harassing us. We already have representation for selling our house. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the way Snellers handled the sale of my flat.
Martin, the agent, was very easy to deal with, always being friendly, helpful, and professional.
He dealt with one or two difficult situations with calm and brought to bear his obvious experience. He remained on top of the details, and dealt well with the buyer.
