She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and so reliable when it comes to dealing with our property maintenance issues and renewals. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of renting out their properties.

When Sophie visited our property she was extremely polite and friendly. She listened very attentively to any concerns that we had and actioned them straight away. I found her very professional and approachable.

I used Snellers Teddington 3 years ago to find a corporate tenant. The whole process was handled efficiently and I saw no reason to change agency when I was looking for a replacement tenant. The team had changed since 3 years ago and although it did not start too well, the team has come in trumps since. Josh is now my main contact. I find him friendly and responsive. Some remedial work was required between the tenancy and Josh was quick to set things in motion with the contractors with a very short turnaround. I should also mention Ayca who was involved in the process. Snellers Teddington strikes me as a good team of property professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to potential clients.
