Due my advancing age, recently decided to ask them to handle the fully management of the property.

I let a flat in Teddington, through Snellers Estate Agents. I have found them to be quick to find new tenants and always happy to advise/discuss what improvements can be made to the flat to make it more attractive.

In addition to the speed of reletting, the team (Holly in particular) has been great co-ordinating multiple fixes at my flat and keeping everyone up to date with progress and feedback. It has made my life a lot easier.

Sophie manages my property for me; she is extremely responsive and courteous. I trust her advice and counsel explicitly, especially as I live abroad and rely on her to provide updates and management of my property.
