Soda Stream customer service
I called the customer service number and was quickly talking to Kathy. She was patient, understanding and helpful in resolving my missing cylinder return issue.
The system relies on “In-Post” to return empty cylinders; in my case they were not logged to my account and appear to have gone missing.
Kathy referred the issue up for resolution and explained the process. Whilst I am still waiting for the matter on my account to be finalised; Kathy was helpful and left me feeling that it would be resolved.

Great product and customer service
I've used Soda Stream for over a year now. I really enjoy being able to make my of sparkling water. My machine is still going strong.
Customer service is great, whenever I have had a query about my subscription to CO2 the team have responded swiftly and politely. Quickly getting my issues resolved

SodaStream have clearly tightened up on their empties returns policy. I was unable to order 4 new cylinders until they had confirmed my returns.
Despite me sending them evidence it still took an age for them to accept confirmation.
But we got there in the end.

Co2 cylinder…exchange program
I called to discuss the co2 cylinder program and Kathy, my sparkling water specialist, clearly explained the service and how to use and adapt the program to suit my needs. She then opened an account for me and made sure my first order was processed.
I don’t think she could have done more to make it a pleasant experience.

Had to contact SodaStream to arrange repayment for cylinders returned late. Kathy was excellent she took time to examine my account and check my order history and made sure I knew exactly what cylinders were allocated to me. She also refunded my outstanding deposits. First class service great customer support.

Good customer service when Yodel let me down down

Elizabeth at Soda stream was very helpful and understood the difficulties of living in a small town re drop off points and quickly found me an alternative. Customer services done well!
I seldom write reviews however I must admit I’m impressed with the customer service received during recent dealings with Tracey from SodaStream.
From first contact to final resolution she has been kind, respectful and most of all helpful. You could say she was just doing her job, but my experiences of the world is that all to often people have bad attitudes when dealing with customer issues.
Let’s be honest, not every transaction runs smoothly! When it doesn’t it’s important the company deals with it correctly. In this instance, Tracey got it right! Thank you.

The customer service at Sodastream have been excellent. I had a problem with my Sodastream and it was replaced straight away. The problem I had was with DPD who couldn't follow instructions on where to deliver it to.
