I just had a most pleasant experience with Kamani when I called the 800 #. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Soda Stream for not only a good product (in many ways) but for having a solid customer service team.

If you want to deal with a great company and some of the nicest Sparkling customer service people you’ll ever encounter Sodastream is the one!!!! A+++++ people and a great product!! There shipping is fast and reliable!! I have 5 CO2 cartridges so once I go through 4 send out for replacement with free shipping and I have my 5th until they get here. They have so many retailers that sell there products that it’s usually here in 3 to 5 days!! There shipping is superb and fast!!! I’m a loyal 6 year Sodastream customer and plan to be for many more years to come!!! Thanks to all the great people at Sodastream Company!!!!

Sodastream products are great! Customer Service people are courteous and friendly, but they seem to be mishandled by the Sodastream Marketing group. I received an offer for a flavor special of "buy 2, get 1 free" dated 8/24. At the bottom of the email, it said the special was valid 7/19 - 8/1. So I sent an email telling them of the obvious mistake and suggested they get more detailed staff working in Marketing. I then (8/27) received an email apologizing for the error, and at the bottom of this email was the same offer and the same expiration date! So neither the Marketing Dept OR the Customer Service Dept seem to be aware of the communication they are sending out. I then got an email asking me to post a review on a public forum, so here it is! Not sure why they wanted me to post this, but ... well, you know.

I needed to return some extra cartridges and the staff patiently walked me throughout the process. They were prompt in returning my emails each and every time. Their excellent customer service makes me happy to continue doing business with them!

Sadly, my Sodastream Terra stopped working properly about 2 months after purchase. I reached out to the company for assistance, and the representative was wonderful - very friendly, helpful, and understanding. After a short phone call and a video demonstration of the problem, she placed an order to replace my defective unit. Nobody wants to have problems with a product, but it's nice to know they stand behind their products, and I will happily continue to do business with them.

This company's autoship is a scam - there is no way to change it or cancel it.

They have instructions with screenshots that are not their current website. The buttons referenced (Manage Subscription) do not exist. I had used their help form to get the instructions (6/12/26) and replied back to let them know they don't work (6/12/26), but instead of canceling my subscription, they charged me for 2 missing bottles (6/21/26).
I had returned 2 extra this year - not 2 less. Then I received another autoship (8/20/26) more than 2 months after contacting them about the subscription.

Their customer service is part of the scam, so there's still no resolution to this issue. I am reporting them to my CC, FTC, CFPB and state attorney general if this is not resolved by 8/28/26.

Having the ability to talk to a Customer Service person and be able to video call during troubleshooting was definitely a positive experience. Great company to work with.

Got a dispenser and two cylinders as a gift. Convenience can't be beat. But the second cylinder turned out to be defective: it was not fully filled or had a leak, and so was much lighter than normal - which, unfortunately, I only noticed after I took off the seal from it. Customer service was very good about offering me to replace the cylinder; they also said I could return it at a local retailer. The retailer (Kohl's) went above their obligation and simply offered me a replacement cylinder on the spot. Apparently, SodaStream treats well not only their customers, but also their retailer agents. I am impressed.

I’ve had a great experience as a SodaStream customer. I love being able to make fresh, delicious carbonated drinks at home without going through endless cans and plastic bottles. I honestly don’t miss buying cans at all—the convenience is great, and significantly reducing the waste is an added bonus.

Their customer service has also been outstanding. I recently returned my CO₂ cylinders a little later than I was supposed to, and they still honored the return and credited me. That kind of flexibility and customer care goes a long way.

Great product, less waste, excellent service, and a much easier way to enjoy sparkling drinks. I’m a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend SodaStream.

Sodastream stands by its products and that is why I am in my 3rd unit. It delivers the fizz in a very ergonomic n simple device.

When I needed cartridges on a regular basis, SodaStream was easy to work with. When I needed to cancel my auto delivery due to reduced need, they were easy to work with. When I was charged for not returning cartridges but called to say I had, they found that I had and there was a glitch in their system that they were able to fix. It was done quickly and the person I dealt with was very nice and efficient. Good customer service.

McKenzie & SodaStream were extremely helpful and solved my issue with alacrity today and as they have always done in the past. Love the products and the company. 2👍’s UP!

I love soda stream as I think it’s good for the environment and you always have sparkling water. The replacement via mail works great. The customer service is very kind, too.

I had a simple issue with my account and the rep went right to it, took responsibility, and fixed it. Solid customer first, not company first, relations.

I purchased an Edition One from “Soda Club” now Soda Stream 18 years ago and it fizzed flawlessly on the large 33 oz cylinders and the subsequent smaller cylinders until 2 weeks ago. The old girl finally took a permanent vacation. I called McKenzie at customer service and within 2 weeks I had a new Terra quick switch carbonator and 4 replacement quick switch cylinders (I returned my screw- in cylinders) . The Terra carbonator is incredible and I can more accurately fizz to any level even better than the Edition One was able to. Now I’ll run the convenient quick switch system and see if it stands up to the old but rugged screw in cylinder and bottle system. In my case this complete system swap over was a breeze with Mckenzie and I’m looking forward to another 18 years of reliable fizzing.
