Excellent service. Beyond my expectations

Excellent, prompt support that resolved the problem immediately! My return label did not have the proper mailing address and I was concerned that it wouldn’t be recognized appropriately. They sent me a new return label by email and made sure my account information was accurate. Excellent problem resolution!

We ordered a SodaStream Duo online. We were immediately charged, but nothing arrived after about 3 weeks of waiting. We tried to contact SodaStream by email, but there was no response. Finally, we called them, and after an hour on hold, they told us the device was still in the warehouse. We decided to cancel the order and request a refund; we were told that this had been done and that it would take 5 business days to be processed.

I bought an equivalent device from another vendor the next day. The following week, no refund... but a huge box arrives containing the device we had originally ordered. I can only conclude that the customer support person lied to us and neither checked the order nor processed the refund. Now we have to waste even more time with customer support to try to get this thing returned and our refund processed.

Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service. I have had issues with deformed bottles and a torn seal on the dispenser but customer service replaced the items quickly at no charge. Love the products and use them daily.

Website lacks of ability to change is not ideal for military service members. Their customer service representative are not helpful, nor available.

Was gifted a new sodastream fizzi and had issues straight out of the box. When our paths met due to my schedule being so wonky, the customer care specialists were very helpful. From diagnosis of the tank having issues to the machine being broken beyond repair. They are sending me a replacement machine. The tanks aren’t compatible so they are sending a new one and told me to use the two I have. Very professional and helpful. Strongly recommend using them.

My old machine finally died, but I was left with two of the screw-type CO2 canisters, new and never used. I wrote to customer service, and within several hours I received a reply. That I could take them to a store that handles the SodaStream product and exchange them. There customer service was on the ball; they were polite and gave me a solution to my question.

I had returned the empty canister through Sodastream’s exchange program for canisters that I had purchased from Amazon. I normally have no issues with a refund. However this time I did not get a refund after waiting 2 weeks.

I contacted the help desk and provided my order number and tracking number on the return label. I got a quick reply that they were working on it- this was at 12 am in the morning and when I woke up, I had another email providing a link to the refund.

The link actually did not work but when I put the code in I was able to access my refund.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided and will continue to use the exchange program with confidence.

The customer service is stellar, they always have a quick reply time to messages if there is any issue, like shipping being delayed. (Which they can’t control of course given tariffs, wars,
& increases in cost & feasibility of quick shipping.) it is so convenient to make my own carbonated water and much cheaper than buying in the store. I love my sodastream subscription service.

Returning CO2 canisters is a nightmare. I have a USPS receipts showing I returned my canisters. Now - 3 months later - they have double charged me claiming I returned only 3. But they charged me $49 DOLLARS !!! This is the latest and the last time I will buy canisters from them. Too bad. The product is good. The company is DISORGANIZED and DISHONEST.

We received our new (first) SodaStream recently and discovered that the CO2 bottle that came with it was empty! We called Customer Service and spoke with an English-speaking live person! How refreshing. He listened, asked questions and determined that we would be sent a new one, to arrive within a few days. Great customer service!

Soda stream charged me $64 for not returning 4 empty cylinders in a timely fashion—it took me a long time to use 4 cylinders! I bitterly complained. They replied that they would issue a refund when I returned the empty cylinders. And they kept their word. Impressed that they read my complaints and fixed the problem. Yay Sodastream!

I have used SodaStream for several years and my experience has consistently been excellent. Yes, I love the product....probs have saved hundreds of plastic bottles. Recently I screwed up on my return of the canisters and reached out to customer service. Their response was timely, incredibly courteous, professional and kind. Without exception, the best customer service I've experienced ever!

I recently had an issue with the order. I was asked to return it to the store. After returning, I had to send email. I wrote the email and I forgot to send it. After I got the email that due to no response they will be closing the ticket. I responded to the email right away of closing ticket. Hoping it will work. Or I have to go through the process again except I had already returned it. After some time, I got the email that I have refund from the issue. What a great and exceptional customer service I got. Thank you SodaStream

Very helpful. Took care of my request

We had been charged $60.00 for failing to return four empty co2 cylinders. The issue was Sodastreams fault as we did return the cylinders. We had placed an order for four exchange cylinders. When we received the four new cylinders Sodastream failed to provide the required return shipping label. I contacted Sodastream about the missing return shipping label. I then received an email response providing a pdf file containing a return shipping label. It turns out the return shipping label had a bad shipping address. The four empty cylinders then went off to la la land somewhere in the bowels of the USPS system.
A year and a half later Sodastream charged us $60.00 for the missing exchange cylinders. We quickly contacted Sodastream about the erroneous charge. We received a prompt and courteous reply to our issue. We really weren't expecting a satisfactory resolution to our complaint. To our surprise, Sodastream stepped up and fully resolved the issue.
This was very uplifting to us in a time when doing the right thing seldom seems to occur. It also means we get to continue being Sodastream customers. If this issue had been left unresolved we would have taken our business elsewhere. Even though there are now many more options available for co2 carbonators we felt a loyalty to Sodastream. Sodastream has always provided a quality product we enjoy, is convenient and at a competitive price point.

There was an error in my ordering process (on my end) and I contacted customer service- within a day I had the most attentive help from Mckenzie via phone and email! She was incredibly pleasant to work with and got my error fixed right away, as well as expediting my shipping and making sure everything was good to go. Absolutely excellent customer service- I will always choose to shop through SodaStream now because of it!

I called soda stream for a mistake that I thought I had did, the funny thing is, that was not a mistake, and Mackenzie found another mistake that I had done concerning my address. So it was a good thing that I called anyways, otherwise I may not have received my soda stream in the mail. Great customer service.
