I mean I have to pay £39.99 for 6 bottle that why it’s disgusting putting it at £23 oh it’s the manufacturer I have done retail and it’s really bad customer buying machine then ripping customers of at that price I’m glad I do not work for them

I love the sparkling water the cylinders provide, and when I needed customer service to cancel a late fee, Mckenzie was not only efficient but warm & funny.

Phumla Rawe gave me Excellent Customer Service. Wait time was 30 seconds and she guided me through smoothly to figure out what I needed as my old 2018 unit finally failed after many uses. She was Patient and kind. Excited to get our new unit.

The Customer Service agent, Gabriella, was very helpful in resolving the problem with my unit. She sent a replacement under warranty along with a "starter pack" to make up for the inconvenience. All very much appreciated! Excellent service!

My representative was great and very helpful. However, my product experience was below par. The carbonation seems to be kind of flat and doesn't come close to what I expected. It may be the machine itself or maybe the way I'm using it, I do 8 one-second bursts and seems OK at first, but it quickly loses its carbonation. Also, the flavoring "bubbly" was bitter and tasted awful....I was expecting a mild fruity flavor, but it was a bitter gross taste. Propylene Glycol was the first ingredient in it, which is also used in anti-freeze. Anyways, I may be stuck with something that did not meet my expectations. Oh well, live and learn.

Customer service at Sodastream is very responsive. I decided to let go of the subscription, not because it doesn’t work, but because of issues with deliveries locally. I love my Sodastream!

Sodastream’s customer service has been consistently excellent to me! Everyone I’ve talked to has gone above and beyond to solve the myriad of unique issues I’ve brought to them. Machine issues, tank replacement issues they really helped me with any problems I had.

Simple to use website to do predetermined order deliveries. Friendly and empathetic staff was helpful during an issue I had with a return.

I am beyond satisfied with my Fountain Sodastream. It’s even better than I imagined. The size was well thought out for even those with limited counter space. The customer service is outstanding as well. Very prompt, polite, and efficient!

UPS damaged my package during transit. I thought it would be a nightmare to get resolved but I called Sodastream and immediately spoke to a real person who took care of the issue instantly with no difficulty. This is the best customer service I've seen in years. Also, once I got the machine, it is also amazing.

I'm appreciating ordering directly from Soda Stream so I know the product isn't some strange knock off and so that when I do have a question I can get quick and direct feedback. I joined the subscription service which has been wonderfully easy to deal with. The one time I had a question regarding a charge I just contacted them via email (they provide a # as well as an email address to reach out with questions) and they got right back to me and gave me a refund for a bottle that wasn't properly scanned back in upon arrival back to them. I recommend this service and supporting Soda Stream directly!! This tastes so much better than canned sparkling water; you can't beat the taste!! And I'm glad I"m not lugging it to my car from the grocery store weekly.

Gabriela was very helpful. She immediately addressed my concern and processed a refund of the charges. She was polite and very upbeat and enthusiastic in her customer service.

We bought a Soda Stream system about 4 months ago and have had a very positive experience. Orders are easy to make and shipments are received within a few days. Prior to getting Soda Stream, we were using 2 liter bottles of soda and seltzer as our main beverage. Now I take my plastic recycling out every 3-4 weeks instead of weekly!

Products for quite a few years now. I wore out my first one (I insist on taking it when I travel) and got my new one earlier this year. I am delighted with it and the several improvements they have made on what was already a great product. Their customer service team was responsive and very helpful while I was shopping for my newer model. Highly recommend.

Great Experience. I order the wrong replacement CO2 tubes and they sent me the right ones without charging me anything. This company really keeps their customers happy, main reason they remain loyal. Thanks much Soda Stream.

Sometimes it takes a little while for them to answer the phone, which I assume is because the customer service team is very busy. However, once they do pick up, their demeanor is very calm, and they listen to my concerns attentively, which is incredibly helpful. They always resolve the issue.

Their product is good, and cheaper than buying cans anywhere just about. The ordering process online is quick and shipped/received quickly from our location. The canisters are well protected and I've measured their consistency to be pretty accurate. In any case, I feel this system is convenient and economical, as well as environmentally friendly. Any issues have been quickly resolved by staff as well.
