Soda Stream is the easiest and best way to keep my CO2 coming. No stores to visit. No red tape. I decide which subscription works best for me and the bottles just show up! Returning is so simple. They provide the box and return label. All i do is tape the box and drop it at the Post Office for FREE.

Last month I mailed the empties and because of the Post Office, the bottles didn't meet the agreed upon due date. All I had to do was reach out to Soda Stream in an email and they agreed to credit my account the NEXT DAY. Really appreciate the ease and kindness. Great company. I'd buy stock!

I was having problems resetting my password to stall an automatic delivery. The chatbot got me to a real person much faster than I've experienced at other sites. The agent quickly helped me reset the password while delaying the automatic. It was surprisingly easy

The Sodastream company was so kind and helpful to me! I have been using a Sodastream ART machine for over 6 months. I love it! However, the gasket that seals the bottle in disappeared.
I emailed them about getting a new black gasket for sealing the top. They said they would send me one. And they thanked me for reducing the amount of single use plastic bottles by using Sodastream. How cool is that!??

Soda Stream Customer Service is excellent! When returned cylinders go missing or I have questions about ordering, I can count on a friendly voice answering the questions for me.

I was BLOWN AWAY by the help I received from Gift! The quick responses, he called on the scheduled time and was super proactive. I definitely would say this has been the BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had and we still have not found the issue but we are testing the possibilities. Very unexpected in a good way.

I’ve been using Sodastream on and off for a few years, and recently learned that the exchange program at my local Walmart was discontinued. I called Sodastream to try and understand their delivery and replacement system. The young man who explained it to me, Gift, was clear, concise and answered all my questions. I signed up for the exchange program (I had three older CO2 cartridges). He told me it would take between three and five business days to receive the new cartridges. Two days later I had the three cartridges I ordered, which included a paid return label. The price was less than what I used to pay at Walmart. Took it to the post office and it couldn’t have been easier. If it continues to be this easy, I’ll be a long-term customer. Very satisfied.

UPS lost my order... or actually sent my order to the wrong place and i filed a complaint through UPS and as of yet i have not heard anything back from them. Today i got an email from sodastream that they had been made aware of the mistake and they have already shipped my order a second time without me even asking them. they have gone above and beyond anything i would have hoped for. I thought i had just lost the money i spent but they are taking my loss as their own. There are not may companies that would ever do that

I love using the Soda stream co2 cylinders and have been for multiple years now. It is so much simpler than purchasing seltzer cans at a store. Their flavors are wonderful and we enjoy using them. The customer service is very efficient and quick to solve any problems you may encounter. Their price for a subscription order is very reasonable and I am completely satisfied with this company.

After many years, our SodaStream finally spouted its last bubbles this week. Unfortunately it was a model using screw on canisters and I had recently received a subscription shipment. McKenzie was a great help in making sure we had a new machine and that I was able to substitute the unused canisters with the clip in style we now need. She was so patient and thoroughly explained the process required to return both the used and full canisters and offered to help us set up the new subscription when we are ready. McKenzie was delightful to speak with and her prompt service ensured we received the new machine before we ran out of “fizz.”

Had to return full canisters, had a duplicate shipment. Customer service responded quickly and was helpful with instructions on how to return them.

I had to return my four empty cylinders, but needed more time to ship than the allotted time they gave me. So I called customer service and emailed as well, and they were happy to extend my return time. Great customer service.

The issue I emailed about was resolved in a quick manner. I was satisfied with the outcome and thankful for helpful people!

The Sodastream associate that assisted me was super helpful and very professional. I was a bit frustrated over the malfunction of my machine, I was reassured that all will be well. The associate was able to identify my issue and resolve my case in a timely manner. I give Sodastream customer support team an A+ on high level of support. Kudos!

The deadline for returning my cylinders was approaching. I used the shipping label and box like I always have. A few days ago, I received a message from Soda Stream that I would be charged the surcharge for not returning them on time. A quick message to Soda Stream letting them know they had already been shipped and 2 days later, I received a refund. I've been a Soda Stream user for years. Easy subscription process and helpful when issues like this arise.

The refill return is wonderful and I use it for my returns. The issue that I have is that twice I have been charged for not returning the empty cylinders. Both times, I opened a ticket and the issue was resolved promptly and a refund was issued.

The customer service reps responding to my complaint were great, I just feel that if they have computer systems tracking the returns, there should not be problems in the first place. Especially when they tagged non-returns for the same shipment. But, I will give then leeway, for now.
