Love the sodastream products. Soda tastes fresher and cleaner than from the store. Also super convenient and easy to order and exchange things—and I can get them at Target if I’m in a jam. Support has been top notch too.

I reported an error I was receiving trying to update my subscription delivery date through the AI-Bot. When those instructions didn't resolve the issue, it was promptly escalated to an agent. I experienced a short delay before an agent was able to assist and correct the problem. The support was great.

No matter who it is, no matter when I call, they are patient, kind, willing to explain, and understanding. I honestly don't think I've ever experienced a level of customer service that has been this consistent.

SodaStream’s customer service is excellent. I recently purchased the SodaStream Art from their website but came across a much lower price on TikTok while my order was on the way. I wrote to SodaStream and provided screenshots of the lower price asking if they might consider reimbursing the difference. They absolutely did — right away and with no questions. Best of all the SodaStream Art is awesome and I’m loving the new mixer flavors I ordered along with it.

I contacted Soda Stream regarding the return of my CO2 canisters. Tracy quickly researched the answer to my concern and let me know that my returned canisters had been safely returned to the warehouser.

Athena in customer service was a pleasure to work with. Professional, prompt replies, and informative. This company stands behind their products.

My representative was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. We did a video chat so she could see the problem which was a stuck bottle in the machine. Likely by improper (too strong) bottle insertion by my husband who does not use it very often and has strong hands. Anyway, Sodastream is sending a new base unit right away. Very impressed. I had registered my machine with the company when I received it.

Athena is amazing! I’m so impressed with SodaStream’s customer support and technology which enabled her to see what’s wrong with my machine. She was professional, pleasant, and patient.

SodaStream’s customer service (Sanele Dlamini, "Sam") was fantastic. They responded quickly, clearly explained the issue with my bottle, and immediately arranged a replacement with no hassle. The new bottle arrived promptly, and the entire process was easy, friendly, and far more generous than I expected.

I’ve been a loyal SodaStream customer since 2010, and this experience only reinforced why. I’ll remain a fan until the day I die, hopefully well hydrated and aggressively carbonated. Five sparkling stars!

I have auto ship so it wasn't until 2 weeks later that I noticed that my refills never arrived. Asked all neihbors but also saw no evidence on Ring that it was ever delivered (UPS doesn't provide pic either).
I filed a claim with UPS and was offered a re-ship or refund from SodaStream. Always 5 star customer Service!!

I had purchased 2 cylinders that were incorrect for my unit.
Tyler was able to replace them immediately with no cost to me.

I had a great experience with Athena, one of SodaStream's customer service representatives. She immediately empathized with my problem of a leaking FizzNGo bottle, offered a possible solution to the problem (perhaps a torn or poorly placed O ring), and when she verified that the O ring was not the problem, based on a picture I sent her, replaced my bottle. She responded to my initial concern within 48 hours, and stuck with it until it was resolved. I really appreciate the excellent service I received.

Love what we get from the machine, but we had a defective machine after about 2 months.. Called to get warranty support..
Honestly, it was the fastest that I've ever had someone in customer service FOR ANY COMPANY in the past 6 years handle a situation. Not just the short wait to get in touch with someone, but the video support, followed by the replacement being set up. I checked back in my phone history, and the entire call, including the automated system, the video call, and having the rep try to help fix the machine, and then determine that it needed to be replaced AND THEN SET UP THE REPLACEMENT was under 20 minutes.. That is just unheard of anymore.. In a world where "Customer Disservice" is the norm, the rep was outstanding, kind, understanding and helpful. If more companies treated their customers this way, we'd be a happier world.

I bought refill to the device
The reffile was empty, the representive suggest to send cod to change the refill , i got to the supermarket they suggested but the cod didn’t work nor the new one they send
The say that the company will deliver to my home a new refill, and after 3 days they didn’t contacted me I called and they said they will deliver next week but I have to give back the old one.
I asked to keep the old one as compensation since I have so much issues , and than the representative said that the delivery is free so this is it , the delivery is free, I ask them to take responsibility with the problems , finelly they suggest to give me syrup and plastic bottle , I refused
So , just let you know about there service
I have this device for almost 10 years no trouble, but when you have trouble that’s there way to handle

The rep was very helpful, concerned and efficient. Her expertise solved my delemna

Addressed my concern quickly, asked if anyone was injured from the error and seemed to really care about the problem. They provided excellent solution to the problem and a quick resolution

Will never purchase from SodaStream again. I stopped purchasing from them back in June of 2025 because they continually claimed that I never returned my CO2 cylinders. Each time I contacted customer service and provided the tracking # but after the 6th time I decided to discontinue purchasing from them.
13 months later, after my last purchase and 13 months after confirming return of my final cylinders, they charged my account unexpectedly and without warning for 2 unreturned cylinders. After calling they refused to accept accountability for it and claimed that their warehouse is backlogged. Therefore has no record of me returning the cylinders 13 months prior. Buyer beware.

I had a problem with my machine. I purchased another machine. I thought the machine was the problem but it was the C02 cartridges. The machine was fine. I called customer service and told them the situation. They quickly refunded me for the new machine i had bought and was reimbursed for the faulty C02 canisters. I was truly happy with how they handled the whole ordeal.
