Easy to explain the issue and easy to get it solved.

They canceled my order but when I reached out they offered two free flavors. That was definitely nice. Shipping is very expensive, but I like being able to send back the empty canisters.

SCAM company!!!This company is crap! I returned 5 orders of bottles and they"lost" the info and after 2 months and 41 emails of promises that never happened and emails claiming to be fixing they told me to reach out to Amazon. Amazon said that sodastream was at fault. These people are lazy and still lie to you for months. In my opinion they don't deserve any of our business.

Easy and simple to clear the issue regarding the exchanging of screw in cylinders to pop in ones. Communication was very smooth.

I purchased my machine we from Amazon and had trouble getting it registered on SodaStream site. I send an email , Lucas contacted me and confirmed registration plus 2 Years! I hope I never have to use that warranty, but just in case.....thank you, Lucas. I wouldn't want to be without my bubbly water for even a day! Love the ART!

What’s really great is the customer service, I’ve called several times. I wish this could be a model for all CS companies. Each time they were Polite, helpful, responsive, patient, clear. I could go on. Thank you for offering such a great product matched by their CS team.

Returned some cylinders a few days late. Got charged but very quickly got refund after a message to customer service.

After I wrote to SodaStream about a charge for unreturned catridges, they searched the database, found the cartridges and issued me a refund. Very good customer service!

I have been purchasing soda stream pop from different stores and this is the first time ordering from the soda stream store on my computer it was so easy. I can’t wait until I receive it my first order was from HSN 2011

It was nice to get a person initially vs AI. I didn’t get stuck in an automated system, had my questions answered and additional information sent to me.

The customer service from SodaStream was outstanding. I sent back two cylinders and was waiting for my replacements when I received an email that they had not received them and charged my account. I immediately emailed them. They reached out to ask if I had the tracking number, which I did since the return label was from them and on my account. Within days they refunded the charge and apologized - no hesitation on their part! I love my SodaStream and use it daily. I have actually increased my hydration and have learned how to make some of the best limonada ever (fresh lime juice, agave syrup, SodaStream water, and ice!).

Our Gaia machine, only 3 months old, started acting up. My representative sent me a replacement CO2 cylinder right away to make sure that wasn't the culprit. When that wasn't the problem she quickly did determine the issue and got a replacement machine ordered right away.

I really do love that you work with the same agent from start to finish via an email thread, meaning you don't have to keep calling in and get a different agent and explain yourself over and over again, or have someone tell you something different.

We have only been 'streaming' for 3 months but this company has earned our business for life.

Ordered several times without any issues at all. And after about 2 years I did receive a package of soda syrup that had been crushed during shipping. They replaced with me simply contacting them and supplying a picture. Will keep on ordering.

My new E-DUO arrived DOA, no power. A quick call to Sodastream put me in touch with a real human within 2 minutes who promptly and courteously determined a replacement is needed. It was handy to have the machine close by to send pictures. Highly recommend!

McKenzie was able to resolve my problem in no time once we overcame several connectivity issues with my iPad. She asked all the right questions, looked at the problem from several different angles and had me try one more time. Perfect!

From the first sip of soda stream soda pop I was hooked. I love it. I have since bought a soda stream machine for each of my family members and most of my friends. They are great gifts and a healthier option to canned and bottled sodas. Also much less expensive in the long run. The representative (Sammy) was very kind and professional; I couldn’t imagine better service than what I get with soda stream representatives. I highly recommend them and their soda machine and flavors. They are not only cost effective they are delicious 😋

Sodastream was amazing. The machine I was using for a little over a year broke and they sent me a brand new one and shipped to me free of charge.

Great customer service. That's how I judge any company. I needed a new return label and McKenzie took care of it in just a few moments. And then we chatted and laughed.

Sodastream number one they have amazing products but their Customer Service and the people you talk with or work with online on the phone are beyond exceptional. They listen and they resolve your situation with solutions. They’re awesome. They’re amazing.
