Customer service at sodastream is excellent. I had problems with delivery provider. Customer service did everything they could to resolve my issue and stayed in contact through out. Problem solved and they seemed genuinely invested in my situation.

I contacted Sodastream with an issue of returning my gas cylinder. I spoke to Rlizabeth who solved my issue quickly. I found her to be friendly, helpful and experienced in the call.

We love the product
We love the product - the sparkling water tastes excellent (we live in a high mineral area) and, of course it saves an endless amount of plastic bottles. we find the system to reorder cylinders complex but the support we receive if we need it is absolutely first class.

Avoid
I've had a problem with every order whether it's the gas bottles or the syrups. Yet again my parcel has not arrived as they STILL use the thieves called Evri.
There are cheaper and better options for carbonated drinks. Sodastream is not one of them
