My luggage was damaged the first time I used it. When I contacted Solgaard, I was connected with a representative, Kristine, who stayed with me throughout the painless process of returning the product and receiving a replacement. I was so appreciative of the fact that Solgaard not only stood behind their product but also used real humans rather than AI bots for their customer service.

I am writing to offer my strongest recommendation for Solgaard and their luggage products.

From the moment I began using Solgaard, the quality was immediately apparent. The design is thoughtful, durable, and clearly engineered for frequent travel. Every detail—from the materials to the functionality—reflects a premium product built to perform exceptionally well in real-world use. Solgaard has set a very high standard for what modern luggage should be.

Equally impressive, and truly differentiating, is Solgaard’s customer service. When I experienced an issue, the customer service team responded with remarkable speed and professionalism. Jess, in particular, deserves special recognition. She acknowledged the issue quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and ensured the matter was not just addressed, but fully resolved. The team—and Jess specifically—went above and beyond my expectations, demonstrating genuine care, accountability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction that is increasingly rare.

Fantastic products and service!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Solgaard! I've used their carry on closet bag for years and it's one of my favorite things. Given it as a gift no less than 7 times. Had an issue that was 100% damage caused by the airport and not a manufacturing defect, and they went above and beyond to resolve it - grateful for the responsive and friendly customer service!

I had a problem with the interior shelves

I had a problem with the interior shelves of my Solgaard Check-In Closet. I reached out to customer support and they immediately responded and proceeded to replace the damaged parts. Red was attentive, friendly and fast and my issue was resolved to my full satisfaction.

Broken Hinge

I have a check in closet I have had it for four years or so use every week for business. we were on vacation in Hawaii when I packed to leave I heard something hit the floor Looked and two rivets had popped out of my hinge. I called Solgaard they said send a video and I did received an email back thanking me then another email informing me the Suitcase would be replaced. I would like to thank you. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

My luggage got damaged

My luggage got damaged. I submitted a picture and asked if this is covered by warranty or if it can be repaired. Jay from Solgaard to the rescue! He said absolutely and just send proof of purchase.
48 hrs later I received follow-ups and a tracking number with a new luggage on its way!!!!! Jay made my experienced as smooth and pleasant as any consumer can experience! Thank you Jay and Solgaard! Loyalist since 2019

Great Sales and Ordering Support

I had made a purchase recently and forgot to add a discount code to my order. The solgaard helpdesk (Armely) team was able to review the code i had which was still valid and was able to process the discount and refund the difference quickly and with no hassle as id i had used the code on check out.

Commitment to Customers Long After Purchase

I purchased my original Lifepack suitcase several years ago and recently reached out regarding an issue. Given how much time had passed since the original purchase, I wasn’t sure how the situation would be handled.

There was some back-and-forth while the case was reviewed, but once escalated, the team took the time to properly assess everything and ultimately provided a full replacement. That level of follow-through really demonstrates that Solgaard stands behind its products long-term.

A sincere thank you to Zee for helping guide the process and seeing it through to resolution. I appreciated the professionalism and effort involved.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the outcome and impressed by the company’s commitment to making things right.

Excellent suitcase! Don't know how I travelled without it! It is so sturdy and holds so much. And, when a part broke, the company mailed me a new one and a return shipping label to return the broken one.

Top tier product and customer service

They’ve put together a great product and I’ve enjoyed using it when I travel. I’m a proud owner of two of their products, a piece of luggage and a backpack. Both incredible solid travel pieces. I need to brag about their customer service. After arriving at my destination I noticed a pin from a hinge missing. I reached out to customer service to see if this would be an issue. Within a few email exchanges I had a replacement being sent to me. Top tier product and customer service. You won’t go wrong buying from Soolgard.

My husband bought me a Solgaard…

My husband bought me a Solgaard suitcase for Christmas about 2 years ago for a new travel business position. I love the suitcase! When the zipper was damaged, I was really upset. I reached out to Solgaard with a picture of the damaged zipper and they immediately reached out to me to provide a replacement and even gave me great suggestions on what to do with my old suitcase. Since it still has some life left to it, I thought the idea of donating to a local foster was an excellent idea. I received the replacement suitcase in less than a week. Excellent customer service!

A whole lot of wow

A whole lot of wow!

I’ll start off by saying I bought my first travel case four years ago and liked it so much that I decided to go back and buy the bigger one called the trunk. I use that one maybe two or three times in the last couple of years and it had a stress crack in it. I got in contacts with Solgaard and she asked for a picture. I sent her a picture and said no problem, we’re sending you a new one and you can keep the old one or donate it. Unbelievable company. You’ve got me for life. My girlfriend is now looking at getting a couple of suitcases as well. Thanks guys.

The website and adds were spot on. So many times the ads and the marketing doesn't live up to the actual product. This suitcase arrived to Alaska in just days (without paying extra for shipping), the luggage was really nice, sturdy, solid and not at all cheap like others.

Love their products and their customer service was very helpful.

We have loved our suitcase and carry-on from the beginning. I had a problem with my carry-on and wile the replacement part was out of stock, they made it right. Their customer service was very helpful and responded in a timely manner.

I bought the carry-on for my daughter 3…

I bought the carry-on for my daughter 3 years ago. Recently, the outer shell cracked in 2 places and I sent a message to the company to see if there’s warranty. A Solgaard representative responded to me right away and in less than 2 weeks, resolved the issue with a replacement. It took 2 weeks because of my delay in sending a picture of the cracked shell; otherwise. Issue would’ve been resolved in less time. I’m very impressed with Solgaard’s products and bought several for me and my husband. Now, I’m more impressed because of their level of commitment to customer service!!! Thank you for the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!
