Fantastic products and service!
Absolutely fantastic experience with Solgaard! I've used their carry on closet bag for years and it's one of my favorite things. Given it as a gift no less than 7 times. Had an issue that was 100% damage caused by the airport and not a manufacturing defect, and they went above and beyond to resolve it - grateful for the responsive and friendly customer service!

Broken Hinge
I have a check in closet I have had it for four years or so use every week for business. we were on vacation in Hawaii when I packed to leave I heard something hit the floor Looked and two rivets had popped out of my hinge. I called Solgaard they said send a video and I did received an email back thanking me then another email informing me the Suitcase would be replaced. I would like to thank you. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

My luggage got damaged
My luggage got damaged. I submitted a picture and asked if this is covered by warranty or if it can be repaired. Jay from Solgaard to the rescue! He said absolutely and just send proof of purchase.
48 hrs later I received follow-ups and a tracking number with a new luggage on its way!!!!! Jay made my experienced as smooth and pleasant as any consumer can experience! Thank you Jay and Solgaard! Loyalist since 2019

Commitment to Customers Long After Purchase
I purchased my original Lifepack suitcase several years ago and recently reached out regarding an issue. Given how much time had passed since the original purchase, I wasn’t sure how the situation would be handled.
There was some back-and-forth while the case was reviewed, but once escalated, the team took the time to properly assess everything and ultimately provided a full replacement. That level of follow-through really demonstrates that Solgaard stands behind its products long-term.

They’ve put together a great product and I’ve enjoyed using it when I travel. I’m a proud owner of two of their products, a piece of luggage and a backpack. Both incredible solid travel pieces. I need to brag about their customer service. After arriving at my destination I noticed a pin from a hinge missing. I reached out to customer service to see if this would be an issue. Within a few email exchanges I had a replacement being sent to me. Top tier product and customer service. You won’t go wrong buying from Soolgard.

My husband bought me a Solgaard…
My husband bought me a Solgaard suitcase for Christmas about 2 years ago for a new travel business position. I love the suitcase! When the zipper was damaged, I was really upset. I reached out to Solgaard with a picture of the damaged zipper and they immediately reached out to me to provide a replacement and even gave me great suggestions on what to do with my old suitcase. Since it still has some life left to it, I thought the idea of donating to a local foster was an excellent idea. I received the replacement suitcase in less than a week. Excellent customer service!

A whole lot of wow!
I’ll start off by saying I bought my first travel case four years ago and liked it so much that I decided to go back and buy the bigger one called the trunk. I use that one maybe two or three times in the last couple of years and it had a stress crack in it. I got in contacts with Solgaard and she asked for a picture. I sent her a picture and said no problem, we’re sending you a new one and you can keep the old one or donate it. Unbelievable company. You’ve got me for life. My girlfriend is now looking at getting a couple of suitcases as well. Thanks guys.

I bought the carry-on for my daughter 3 years ago. Recently, the outer shell cracked in 2 places and I sent a message to the company to see if there’s warranty. A Solgaard representative responded to me right away and in less than 2 weeks, resolved the issue with a replacement. It took 2 weeks because of my delay in sending a picture of the cracked shell; otherwise. Issue would’ve been resolved in less time. I’m very impressed with Solgaard’s products and bought several for me and my husband. Now, I’m more impressed because of their level of commitment to customer service!!!
