Star Action Figures Reviews

It's been a long time since I've left Star Action Figures a review, but the reality is I could be leaving them one, had I the time and wasn't worried I'd look barmy, every few weeks. And every review so far would be a 5 star one.
As we approach a time of year with more gifts purchased, when more people want to know if a site they're not used to is reliable, this review's timely...
They're excellent on price, excellent for availability (especially when they have any responsibility for stock levels afforded them), and absolutely, 100% trustworthy, safe and reliable. An order made with them is entirely safe. Postage is always reliable and packaging is legendary amongst repeat customers.
Absolutely no way I could ever fault them. They care about their customers because they represent a love of the same products as we do.
Personally, I don't think I've ever known a business be more patient, considerate and accommodating to me than this one. Absolutely outstanding, personable customer service, miles above and beyond, and out of their way to help, to their own detriment at times.
Genuinely can't praise this business enough, and I regularly do elsewhere, on or offline.

Honestly: for speed of dispatch, saintly levels of patience, selection, and sheer transparency, there's few companies that can compare. SAF (& the similarly excellent ZG) are the two sites I'll return to again & again. The way they've handled Hasbro's bizarre issues over the last 18 months - keeping customers informed while not being afraid to go on record about problems the Big H probably wishes they wouldn't - has been flawless. Buy with total confidence.

Brilliant, bought a marvel ironman punisher helmet that I couldn't find anywhere else for my son's Christmas present, thank you so much I won't have to disappoint him now. Would definitely recommend and will be making future purchases

I've been ordering from SAF since the first lockdown, must have ordered 30+ figures at this point it's always been spot on.

Packaging is always superb, they're always cheaper than competitors & if I've ever needed to cancel for whatever reason it's done with no fuss.

Going by their Facebook and their toils with Hasbro, the SAF team are genuinely on the side of the collectors. Easily my favourite retailer online for anything, let alone figures.

Love this shop,

Customer service is fantastic and their Facebook page leaves you with all the information you need about what’s coming into stock and what’s on sale.

These guys interact with their followers and give updates when possible. Delivery times are quick. Ordered the gold label Batmobile last Thursday evening when the guys put it up on Facebook had an email Friday to say it was out for delivery and received Monday morning. That is service.

I pre order all my figures from these guys and they are the best when it comes to prices and speed of pre orders.

You guys are fantastic and I plan to keep buying my collectibles from you.

Thanks for running a fantastic shop and getting me in trouble with the other half 😂.

Five star all the way. M J Hibbet is a arsehat and don’t listen to a word he says. These guys are the best in the business and the whole collectors community agrees

Always my first port of call when after something One of the best action figure companies to deal with extremely well packed items and often go the extra step to check mint carded stuff is sent out

Brilliant store, excellent service, Wayne and team are top notch, always the first place I shop for my plastic addiction!

My first port of call for Star Wars figures, fantastic company with great prices, pretty sure they lose money on postage! Every item I’ve ever had has been perfect, always quick to reply to any emails and queries and I’ve yet to see them beaten on price. Socials also provide a great insight into the collectors market and how hasbro operates. Couldn’t recommend a company more

Always great service and packaging which is important to an in-box collector. Used them loads of times and have pre-orders in place too. Ignore the negative reviews, these guys should be called 5-Star Action Figures!!

I've used SFA on several occasions now and would use them again without hesitation. Communication is great with both confirmation and shipping emails sent. Goods are always excellently packed in boxes with extra wrap inside. If only Hasbro's own packaging had the same attention to detail...
Top marks! Thank you.

Superb experience with star action figures again and again. Packaging is bombproof. Turnaround time is superb and customer service is bang on the money. Recently bought the marvel iron men and just like my previous dozens and dozens of orders it was perfect.

First time buying from Star Action Figures and was a little apprehensive as I hadn't heard of them before. Additionally, the figures I was buying are generally tricky to get hold of in the UK so I was surprised to see them for RRP and thought it was a little too good to be true. I checked Trustpilot and saw there were lots of excellent reviews so thought I'd risk it and I'm so pleased I did! The items arrived in perfect condition and dispatch/shipping was extremely quick - I placed the order on Friday night and it arrived with Royal Mail on Monday morning. Will absolutely be buying from them again - thanks so much guys!

At first I was a bit skeptical when ordering from this site as I had never heard of them I looked at the previous reviews and they were all fantastic so thought I would try them and I’m so glad I ordered from this company. Excellent service, great pricing, quick shipping. I have just placed a second order with them. Absolutely thrilled with the service. Thank you!!

Reasonable pricing and well packaged. What more can you ask for.

Have so far received 4 separate packages and am very happy with all of them.

Star Action are on my list of good places to go to.

Fantastic!!! Got a Marvel Legends figure for a great price and it came in good time. Would definitely recommend.

I recently realised I've only ever left reviews after negative experiences, so I thought it was only fair to leave one for the many positive experiences I've had with this company.

I have ordered many items from Star Action Figures over the years and I've always had a good customer experience. Items always arrive in good condition, the prices are the lowest anywhere (always several pounds cheaper than any other site I've seen) and the customer service is great. There isn't a way to cancel orders from your account area unfortunately, so you need to email them directly, but they have always replied within a day and have always cancelled the order with no issues, though I've rarely wanted to cancel orders anyway!

Star Action Figures understand collectors and appreciate the needs of collectors, which is refreshing compared to other, larger companies who treat the figures like any other item they stock. The only times I've not used SAF are when an item is out of stock or they've been unable to source stock from their suppliers (this has happened a few times recently with Star Wars figures when Hasbro haven't given them enough stock for some reason).

Placed my most recent pre-order last week - the ordering process is so streamlined and easy to use, it takes literally seconds to place an order. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Very good website, I've been ordering from them for a couple of years and I've never been disappointed. Pre orders are reliable and arrive on time (if they're in stock).

The only thing I would say is I'm waiting for the Ahsoka Padawan and Pre Vizsla figures to be available to pre-order and it's taking a while, but I think that's a problem with Hasbro rather than the website itself.

Great service and will be using the company again. Really happy I found this company.

Have now made 2 purchases with SAF and it's been top class. Got the figures I wanted at a great price and the shipping was super fast!!! Now let me talk about the packaging..... bomb proof! Seriously, I've ordered from other "bigger named" stores and SAF spanks them silly. Shop with total confidence. I'll 100% be ordering from them again!!! Thanks SAF 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
