Second time I’ve used stelrad for Radiators and every time is exceptional service very helpful on the phone and putting another order in in the next couple of weeks for some more Radiators the quality of Radiator and fitting is really good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awful service
I ordered seven radiators on the 26th August at a cost just shy of £3000. I was told one of the radiators was not a stock item, so they couldn't deliver all seven together until September 23rd. I agreed to this and told our installer. On the 23rd I had heard absolutely nothing, so I rang to ask a rough time the delivery was going to be, to be told there was no delivery as one of the radiators was not ready. No e-mail, no txt, no phone calls, nothing!. Now I'll have to arrange another installation date, god knows when. I got the usual 'sorry, we should have let you know, blah, blah blah'. I can only hope the product is more reliable than the service.

Suppied a long and narrow rad within 3 days. Delivery team were great putting where i wanted it inside the house.The price was much cheaper than any plumbing centers close by.Well done will be back for more very soon.

Awful finish and chips/dents on…
Awful finish and chips/dents on radiators, returned and re-ordered only to have the same problem.
Outer packaging intact so rads were packed and shipped faulty.
Waited nearly a month for over £900 refund. Shocking service, won’t use again.

Parts missing
The baffles for the vertical rads weren't included in the packaging as they should have been and the whole job has been held up for 1.5 days.
