Just one point-Sterling appears to use a number of email addresses, when sending a question it would be helpful if the email contained a return email address. The question email usually contains a note to say that the senders email address does not receive replies leaving the recipient to chase through the system trying to find the correct 'reply to 'address.

No claims scam. So when you put in your no claims, but your last insurance will only provide you with 10 years no claims, they then charge you astronomically more. And they don’t tell you until it’s too late to get out. Don’t fall for the slightly lower prices because you will pay more.

Edit: If you were actually sorry and wanted to fix it, you would have told us this was an issue within the 14 day cancellation period. Instead, you wait to tell people their documents aren’t acceptable until after it’s too late to cancel.
