Competitive pricing and good communication.

Excellent service easy to navigate site with all the information I needed answered any questions quickly and reductions in price for being a loyal customer third year in a row I’ve insured with Sterling and hopefully many more to come.

Having several policies with Sterling, I wanted an agreed value policy. It took Hagerty (underwriter) 2 months to get back to Sterling to complete this agreed value part of the policy. Sterling kept ringing Hagerty to complete the agreed value and then Tanya (from Sterling) finally got them to sort it out whilst I was on the phone!

So, Sterling sold me what they said they would, abit 2 months of chasing.

Would I still recommend Sterling..,yes I would, never had any other issues…apart from their APP being a bit clunky….but hey-oh….

Everything was fine up till now.... I cannot access the app and I have not received my insurance documents with windscreen disc. I've not been able to use my car for a week so far

No issues apart from cost, I don’t understand how you can go years without having a claim or even ringing but the price just goes up? Just taking your money laughing

Very quick response to phone call. Rebecca was very helpful, friendly and patient. She seemed very knowledgeable about the questions I asked and answered any questions in a clear and understandable manner.

My initial contact was simple and straightforward. The person I spoke to was helpful and I was put through to another person quickly. There was a delay in getting passed on and their system cut me off but I was called back immediately. The price I was quoted was reasonable for the cover I needed.

Not used Sterling in the past but the ability to speak to a human without exasperating wait times & button-pressing makes a refreshing change. Obviously I'd hope not to need them for claims handling but I'm sure the experience wouldn't be as daunting as it could be with some of the other brokers out there.

Never have had a problem with sterling insurance, fast friendly experience, first class service

I have told you on numerous occasions I did not need to renew this insurance yet you have still renewed this, no one has contacted me and I cannot get to speak to anyone.

As usual the service and the product are excellent, the price is not the cheapest but then sometimes its worth paying a bit more

Great service

Good cheap insurance. Cancelled only because I sold the car and they made the cancellation process quick and simple over a web chat. No need to stay on hold on a phone call being demented 😂. Would recommend as they have been a very easy company to deal with over the past two years.

I find that a reply to emails very slow, But the service is ok friendly staff when contacted on the phone.
