Compared to my previous experience in conveyancing, this was a dream. All of my queries were handled expertly and promptly. Bonnie was there every step of the way and even made provisions for when she was away, so my transaction wasn't delayed.
I can't thank her and the team enough and will be using them again in the future.

I used Streeter Marshall when i bought my flat in 2007 and also when i sold my flat in 2023. The service I have received has been excellent. They are professional, efficient and reliable. With my recent experience, Stephanie and Samantha were a great team and communicated with me every step of the way. There were complications with the Title Deeds and it was all dealt with professionally by Bonnie in a very efficient way. The overall service was good, there was some confusion regarding the other solicitors involvement which may have caused some delays, however Bonnie and Sam both did what they said they was going to do and updated me when agreed.
