Here we are again, received order yesterday with items missing, sent email immediately no response, tried calling today on both numbers, both over 60 mins wait time, one email bounced and another sent to customerservices, still no response. I dont know why I have used these again as this is the third time out of 5 times that I have had an issue with orders/items missing.
Really not worth the hassle when trying to run a business.
Well after 3 or 4 emails since delivery to sales, customer services & order query email addresses, still no repsonse, no matter when I call during each day, waiting time over 60 minutes, absolutley shocking customer service (again) and items paid for but not received.
Update Managed to actually get through on the phone a couple of days ago and speak to someone, apparently missing items were on backorder and now in stock, so they will get them sent. Apologised for not being informed about this and to the no response from any of my 5 emails (sent to every depth, inc sales, customer service returns/refunds.) Absolute shocking customer service yet again, however just received missing items.

Customer service is terrible. The guy couldn’t give me any information on my order and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Will be spending my money else where

Item arrived fine.. Eventually. Paid for 48hour delivery. Took 7 days to arrive. Emailed Superlec twice to get information on delivery, Tracking no. Etc..as materials were needed for a job. No replies to any of my emails. Job postponed, which means an unhappy customer for me. Now this could've been a carrier issue, but they couldn't be bothered replying to my email to advise this. However, the price was fair, the order acknowledgement, invoice etc was prompt. But beyond that no assistance which I feel is poor customer service.

Only ordered solar cable and MC4 connectors on this occasion. Disappointed to find non genuine MC4's Staubli only please!

Delivery on time and in good condition made replacement of a defective alarm sounder easy.

Prices are always good but the delivery notifications have really slipped and calling the customer service line is something I want to avoid! Telling me it will be the next day and then getting the delivery when I get home is a bit ‘not right’ eh?!!!

Good still not arrived & cannot get an update from superlec as to when Goods will arrive. Ive ordered elsewhere & have claimed a full refund under the Visa chargeback scheme reason code 13.1 goods not received & no information update provided by the supplier. Buyer beware!

I placed an order for materials but received my shipment with several items missing. After reaching out via email to address my concerns, I was disappointed to find that 24 hours had passed without any response, indicating that my inquiry may have been overlooked. When I attempted to call for assistance, I was taken aback by a recorded message stating that the wait time exceeded 60 minutes. It is quite unacceptable for a wholesaler to leave a trade professional waiting for such an extended period. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I will certainly refrain from using their services in the future ... an update tried to call several times throughout the week ans always waiting tine is over 60min. - disgusting

I have not received items I ordered one and a half weeks ago. I have experience long delays on the phone - 6o+ minutes waits and no promised call back. I will never use Superlec again.
