Ordered replacement alarm battery which duly arrived, a small battery in a large box that had no packing around the battery.

Excellent service, delivery and competitive pricing. Definitely worth a visit.

Appauling service. No reply to multiple emails sent to chase my order. Calls waiting time more 60min to answer even. Also, calls answered rudely with no definate time on delivery dispatch. I will never shop again.

Competitive pricing. Searched for fan heater and shower independently and ended up on their website both times. Delivery was extremely prompt if a little confused as notifications were unclear as to if I was to expect both items at same time. Attempted phone contact (40 mins wait time??) so just waited. All good in end. Highly recommended. Notification could be clearer.

First rate from ordering to delivery

Website easy to use, order process simple and quick. Delivery details forwarded quickly too.
However item arrived 2-3 days after anticipated delivery date without any further update.

Very disappointing customer service refund still outstanding.
I purchased lights from the company on 18th August, which arrived damaged and therefore had to be returned. Getting the lights returned was a hassle but have been returned several weeks ago. I am still waiting on my refund.
My husband has contacted the company several times by email as you cant seem to get through on phone unless you are prepared to wait 50 plus minutes. He was told the refund was being dealt with and is being refunded. Unfortunately these assurances have not resulted in the money being actually refunded.
What is particularly frustrating is the lack of action despite repeated contact. If there was an issue delaying the refund we would expect clear communication and an explanation rather than repeatedly being told it is being sorted.
This needs to be resolved now. We have been patient and have given the company more than enough opportunity.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to think carefully about the customer service they may receive if something goes wrong with their order.

App was easy to navigate through. Plenty of items to choose from, at a more than reasonable price. No problems with packaging or delivery. When needed I will have no issues in using Superlec Direct again. Recommended.

Exactly what i ordered and delivered on time.

Places an order on 6th August - 06/08/2026, against order ****-705148-06-08-26, arrived in good time but only part complete as no stock, I waited a month, I saw the items were now available to purchase, I emailed sales twice, no reply, I have emailed customer services no reply, the telephone lines are constantly at a long waiting time, I have still not received the outstanding items bought and paid for, or an email returning my query, I would not recommend, communication is poor/non existent, and I have bought and paid for good I cannot receive.

First order placed with Superlec Direct, very pleased with the competitive pricing of the productd purchased. Order placement online was relatively easy, delivery service was ok.
Will certainly use Superlec Direct in the future again.

They sell the products that I need at good prices and the delivery is always nice and prompt. I've used them many times and they have never let me down.
