SwiftSwitch Reviews

Mason worked hard to ensure we had a good result with our energy contracts, discussing all relevant details in detail.

Pleasant friendly and efficient service from Shay

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are also very helpful. Mason was very responsive and good to deal with.

My point of contact at SwiftSwitch was Ellie Huson. She immediately understood the somewhat unusual circumstances that were behind us seeking to change our supplier and provided clear advice and options that helped us make our decision. Having made our choice, Ellie made all the arrangements for the new contract. Friendly and professional throughout, thank you.

Alfie was a great help to us with a switch of water supplier. He helped us find the best deal and dealt with the switch in a quick and efficient manner. Would highly recommend

Jaydn was super helpful. He found me a much better deal and organised all the paperwork for the switch explaining everything clearly. Delighted with the service.

It is difficult trying to navigate the water supply industry as a customer but Zach Shaw at Swiftswitch made the process so much easier. He was responsive to our needs and dealt with contract renewal extraordinarily promptly.

Very clear, fact based communication about the terms & conditions to switch water supplier. Customer service focus, no hard selling!
Fast delivery from the initial call to complete the switch.

Fast, informative,

Easy way to get it done ✔️ I will recommend 👌 to you all, thanks again

Awful advice, lied to me about the best rate and now won’t reply to emails. Shocking behaviour. Do not use.

wasn't going to write a review but just came across someone I know who had a similar experience. i was mis-sold a water contract under false expectations, was told to disregard the prices in the email as the prices told to me on the call will be the ones getting charged as they are the brokers and discounts are applied, i have been trying to reach the so called broker/employee of swiftswitch for the past 6 months and he has not returned any of my calls or messages, a few messages from his colleague were passed onto him to to call me but nothing, just be aware and careful when dealing with them.

100000000000000000000000000000 stars for Dylan Dias-Hall was excellent, helpful and certainly saved our company money with his advise and the switch - thank you Dylan for your professional, calm and helpful advice 10/10
Dylan YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Great, helpful and caring staff

Liam was very efficient in helping to guide us through the process of setting up a water contract for the first time. Quick to respond and deal with our questions.

Aaron made it simple and explained all the charges involved in choosing another water provider. Thank you

Easy to speak to and quick to arrange all necessary paperwork/emails. Thank you Umar at SwiftSwitch

Jaydn was informative, helpful, and adaptable when I had to delay the signing - really easy and straightforward. The prices quoted (confirmed by me) were the best achievable. Thank you
