SwiftSwitch Reviews

Santino Raia was helpful and seemed to know what he was doing and what I wanted.

Always a pleasure to deal with swiftswitch they are always helpful and Mo my adviser got me the best deal again ! Easy to switch .. no hassle .. leave it to them and just enjoy the benefits of saving money ! Well done and thank you !

Very professional. Thanks to Mason, who helped me to switch my water supplier amd secure a lower rate contract.

The broker was knowledgeable and efficient.
However, it would have been good to have had the retail fee explained and the annual payment of the broker’s commission over the three years of the contract.

Very friendly, get advise wisely and switch simply.

The Procurement Consutant, Mason, gave excellent service-he quickly established what our needs where and provided the informaton we needed to make an informed decision in a timely fashion,he even worked out what our savings would be from his recommendation.Having a direct line and always speaking to one the same consultant was a big help in the his process

Satisfied with my experience.

Mo Tawhid, Procurement Advisor was a fabulous help. What an amazing person he is, the most beautiful voice, perfect telephone manner, I so enjoyed his calls and assistance, 10/10

Everything was very smooth and efficient. No heavy sales pitch but just a professional friendly conversation about options and prices.

My advisor was a chap called Justin Dillon and he went through everything in the right level of detail in a friendly and professional manner and followed up when I had forgotten to progress things.
Overall a very good experience.

Good service good found suplayer cheapest

I had the pleasure of working with Liam while searching for a new water supplier for my business, and I can confidently say that he was both professional and extremely helpful. He assisted me in finding the best deal, and I’m currently waiting for the supply switch, which I’ve been confirmed will occur within a 28-day period—so it should happen any day now.

As a small business, we are incredibly busy and don’t have the time for phone calls to facilitate this process, so I truly appreciated that Liam could manage everything via email. There have been no hiccups so far.

Additionally, I found Liam to be friendly and approachable through the voice messages he left for me. I would highly commend him for his ability to get the job done efficiently.

Thank you, Liam Martin

I had Santino Raia the Procurement Consultant help find the best water that suits me for my business. As a first time business owner this was a very stressful pressure on me to make sure I make the right decision and pick everything correctly but I am grateful to have had Santino who was very patient and understanding to solve my problem for me.
