Does not connect to Indian phone number
I call the London access number, I enter my PIN when requested, then I enter the Indian international phone number when requested, and then the service just hangs up on me without ever connecting to the Indian number - please help!

They don't deserve a single star. I bought a card and unable to use it since 27th of February. Access code provided was not working and the card invalid. What has gone wrong with this service. They need to look into this.

it stated you call is unable to be connected pls retry back later. Where as it should have pls put your pin. I request for refund because I can't wast money on what is not useful.

Don't waste my time and money
I have followed the instructions and so far have not been able to get through, a message keeps coming up to put my conference code, you only need your pin number, waiting for someone to e-mail me, and each time I try it using up my credits.

Wasted credit, cannot be used to call China
Don't use this service for calling China - it doesn't work, and it hasn't worked for months. I have credit that literally cannot be used anymore. No service announcement or anything - terrible service.

I have my expectations exceeded …
One amazing thing is that l sometimes forget l had this facility. But never dissatisfied or disappointed whenever i went back to it. The account is still functioning, the balance intact and the network is awesome.
I also get to call USA free.

Excellent Service and Quality
Excellent introductory price and for a full 6 months. Had a couple of issues and the online support was superb and got it sorted within 5 mins of web chat.
Web site is simple but functional and phone signal/speed is very good in my area. Really impressed and will be using them going forward.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I just purchased £10 talk home card with my paypal account with 10% off. That’s, £9 was paid
Unfortunately, i dial the 0330 993 7333 and enter myPIN… It says wrongPIN.
So i went through my email and immediately i clicked on the number 033… on my email sent to me as a receipt, it says my balance remains £2:40.
This is ridiculous!!!

In the past few years good service
In the past few years, I've been using their services and have been very satisfied with their service. When I had an issue, I raised a ticket and the issue was resolved promptly. I like the new web dashboard. Easy to maneuver! The only thing I can ask for is more minutes for Kenya - compared to other cards, £5 doesnt lasts an hour on UK-Kenya mobile phones

We do provide Free Phone, London access and Local Access numbers where a user can choose the number themselves, so you must try the number which is included in your mobile/landline contract to get connected to.
Once you connect with the access line and enter the calling card pin number, you need to enter the number you wish to dial in the standard international format starting with 00********
We need to check what actually happened, so please send us the calling card details along with your number and the complete destination number to cs-cards@talkhome.co.uk so that it can be investigated and fixed.
You can also request a refund through the same email address.

Tim, from Customer Service was very helpful and professional. I had great difficulties with using my calling card, as the PIN number was not allowing access to make the calls. He provided me with an excellent service, he was very knowledgeable, patient and reassured me and the matter was resolved on the same day.
