Just used this firm to sell our flat in Leeds and so glad we did Miss Simi Johal handled the sale from start to finish and we cant fault her she was friendly efficient and always replied quickly to our emails she even rang and spoke to us and always gave helpful clear advice etc online conveyancy is the way forward didn,t have to leave the house with Simi on the case even the estate agent was impressed with the solicitors we strongly recommend this firm and suggest you try and get Simi to act for you she is a credit to the legal profession and the firm they should acknowledge her accordingly

Great service from start to finish which was today. Simi kept me informed as and when she knew anything which wasn't always easy when my cash buyers were reluctant to communicate with their own solicitors and dragged their heels as much as they possibly could. T.G. Collins have now been instructed in my next purchase and when my husbands house sells they will no doubt be acting for him too.

Throughout my house selling TG Collins were professional and reliable, as well as coming up as the cheapest on the comparison site I used. And they did not disappoint. Easy to contact, helpful and straight forward in all dealings.
I was surprised that they warned me that if my sale did not complete a second time - my first fell through - that I would be charged. Perhaps this is normal in legal services. I was tempted to instruct a new solicitor at thhe point of reinstructing, due only to the risk of losing substantial funds if it fell through again. Nevertheless all went well and I am pleased I continued ising them.

In my experience the service we received regarding our house sale and our wills were faultless. Simi and Anthony were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble even when my questions were probably frivolous. I also would add that the company's fees were very reasonable.

It was also a delight working with Simi at P G Collins. Your online conveyancing was far better than I considered it might be as was warned against it but you proved the buggers wrong.
Smooth, efficient service, always available to chat to sort out any questions or by email.

Mr Martin Marshall ignores emails and letters, even though all were sent recorded and signed for. One letter cost £7.95 so information was with them next day. Total waste of time and money
They will take your money and keep it for as long as possible to earn the interest themselves.
Rude, unprofessional and totally have no respect. Just greed takes over but remember karma. From my personal experience l would NEVER use this company.

Taylor Ellemore was friendly and welcoming. She explained the Will drafting process clearly and answered all of my questions fully. The Will was produced quickly and accurately. Taylor is a credit to TG Collins. An excellent service I would recommend TG Collins and Taylor Ellemore.

TG Collins solicitors dealt with the sale of my father house after 61 years of living there and I cannot thank them enough for such excellent service throughout.

After finding them on a comparison site I felt that I needed to speak to a real person so made a phone call.
The lovely friendly voice of Daisy put me at ease and gave me the confidence to ask them to deal with the sale of my retirement flat.
