I used PHC many years ago and contacted them again a few days before my current renewal. Sam Kwintner was excellent and clearly an expert in this field. All the research and labour was carried by Sam and we moved to a really quick solution that fitted perfectly. We actually split our policy which was great advice and saved perhaps over £1k per year for equivalent cover. Not using a broker of this quality in this insurance space is madness.

We had dealt with another company in recent years but this year they weren’t able to obtain a reasonable quote. Also, an acute medical condition that I had suffered during the year but which was fully cured and unlikely to occur again in the opinion of the consultant, was to be excluded. Along came, from the PHC, Jennifer Janes who managed to obtain a significantly improved quote and amazingly from the same insurer, together with no exclusion of the cured condition and one month payment free. We were of course delighted and have since referred four people to Jennifer. Highly recommend.

Sam Kwintner of Private Health has for many years found us affordable health insurance particularly as we grow older. The consultant at Private Healthcare dug down deep, with each person in our small company policy and recommended more individualised, personal policies, which suited everyone's circumstances, covering seven people. The consultant was professional to the highest calibre, and we received better, more personalised insurance, and saved money.

Over the years I've dealt with many healthcare companies, both direct with the insurer and via an agent / broker.

Some have been OK, some terrible.

I can honestly say that PHC are in the top two of the OK bracket. I can't place them in pole position as I have not had to claim as yet but, judging by the service I've had so far from Connor Powell, I have no reason to doubt that should I need to, all will go smoothly.
From my initial conversations to the one we had today to discuss my policy documents he has been professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable. For anything he wasn't sure of, rather than come up with answer, he consulted with another team member at PHC or directly with the insurance company.
One thing which really gives me confidence is the fact that I have a single point of contact, unlike some agents where whoever answers the 'phone takes up your case.
