I cannot thank Kirstie enough for her support throughout my home-buying journey (two of them!) From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful, making what felt like a daunting process so much easier to navigate.

She was always on hand to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. No question ever felt like too much trouble, and her patience and dedication were evident throughout.

What truly set her apart was how much she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond to support me and worked tirelessly to help me secure my mortgage and achieve my goal of buying my home, even when everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong!!! Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Myself and my partner are first time buyers. We were put in contact with The Mortgage Brain by the developer. Where we were introduced to Louise, she helped us through every part of our mortgage process. We recommend anyone going through the mortgage process to use Louise.

As a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect or how to deal with a mortgage application. Luckily after getting in touch with The Mortgage Brain and being matched with Louise she made the process so easy and sorted out my mortgage offer super quickly. Louise was also on hand for any advice I needed during the process and was quick to respond to all queries. I would highly recommend if you want an smooth and hassle free mortgage offer.

Kirsty at The Mortgage Brain has been amazing! She has taken the time to explain everything that’s easy to understand, nothing has been too much trouble, keeping me undated throughout the process. If you are a first time buyer, or you have bought before, I would highly recommend The Mortgage Brain. I have already passed on Kirsty‘s details to my friend who is looking to buy her first home.

Kirstie has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and overcame all challenges when they arose. I can not recommend highly enough. Great Job from start to finish. Thank you Kirstie.

Thank you so so much mary!

We had an excellent experience with Mortgage Brain from start to finish. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we always felt supported along the way.

What really stood out was how helpful and responsive the team were. Even when the person we were originally dealing with was away, another team member stepped in seamlessly and ensured everything continued without any delays or confusion. That level of continuity and communication made a big difference and gave us real peace of mind.

Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. We would highly recommend Mortgage Brain to anyone looking for reliable and attentive service.

We had a fantastic experience working with Ant at The Mortgage Brain. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions we had. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about helping us secure the best possible deal, rather than just pushing something through quickly. His attention to detail and commitment made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for expert mortgage advice.

Thank you so much Anthony, for all your amazing help.

Anthony was excellent from start to finish. He was always very quick to respond, clear in his advice, and made the whole mortgage process much easier for me. He worked efficiently to secure the best deal possible and kept everything moving without delay.

What stood out most was his level of service and how committed he was to getting the best outcome for his client. I had spoken to another adviser before, and the difference was unbelievable, Anthony was much faster, more organised, and far more reliable with communication. I never felt like I was chasing him, as he was always on top of everything.

He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions properly, and gave me confidence throughout the process. I truly appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser.

Kirstie has been great, quick to respond, always explain things well and even when things did not go well at first, She suggested the solution, so overall great service.

As first-time buyers, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing, but being put in touch with The Mortgage Brain and Louise Onn was the best thing that could have happened. Louise was exceptional from day one — she explained everything clearly, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and always responded incredibly quickly.
She made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her knowledge, professionalism, and constant support genuinely put us at ease throughout.
Louise also worked swiftly to secure our mortgage offer during uncertain times, helping us lock in a better interest rate. We couldn’t be more grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louise and The Mortgage Brain to anyone, especially first-time buyers.

Couldn’t fault Darren and Gary at the mortgage brain. From the very start they were helping us through every aspect of our mortgage. As first time buyers we were overwhelmed by the process but Darren was really helpful and sat down with us a few times to understand our situation and find us the best mortgage offers. And Gary helped us find the best insurance deals we could get. Both were instant replies on emails (very rare these days). Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

I have used the Mortgage Brain twice now with Louise Onn being my advisor and both times she has made the process very easy and I would highly recommend
