Very disappointing experience, awful customer service.
Very disappointing experience with this underfloor heating company. My order arrived with a missing item, and after calling customer service, I was assured it would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, it never arrived as promised.
I had to call again, only to deal with a customer service manager, Julie, who was not helpful at all and showed little interest in resolving the issue.
Overall, poor service, lack of reliability, and frustrating communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

They delivered the wrong room thermostats and, despite multiple emails and phone calls, refused to replace them. Completely unacceptable experience — I would not recommend this company.
