Super experience today in the Limerick branch. Donnacha went out of his way to get me a plumbing part today as we had no water in our house. Very hard to get customer service like that these days. Thanks again to Donnacha.

Thank you Lauren for taking the time to leave your review, normally once an order is picked and processed an email is sent to say your order is ready, sometimes they can go into spam.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we're sorry to read you were let down by your order after waiting. The wait would have been due to the delivering branch not holding stock of the produvt and having to order it for you. This feedback will be passed onto the branch to review.
Regards,
The TJ O'Mahony Team.

Crate of wood dropped roadside
I ordered a crate of wood as I did last year. This year, the delivery driver did not have a palette trolley and could only drop the crate inside our front gate. I had to had to move each block of timber by hand through the side gate. Last year, the driver dropped the crate just inside the side gate. This was the reason that I re-ordered with you.

Super reliable
Super reliable, friendly company every time. The communication was excellent; ordered online, but received a follow up call clarifying collection options, which was extremely helpful. The staff at the collection point were wonderful, all paperwork ready on arrival and help with loading. I've been dealing with this company for over three decades and they've never let me down.
