Good experience
Good company to deal with, I had absolutely no problems ordering online and was given contact number and email for a specific person who was dealing with the order.
Delivery was on time, to the hour and the driver was extremely helpful.
All in all a very good experience and I will be happy to use their services again and recommend them to others

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged and that your delivery experience fell short of expectations.
We take great pride in the quality of our goods and packaging, so receiving damaged materials is certainly not the standard we aim for. Did you make contact with the branch to have the damaged stock replaced?
In regards to the delivery time, we do have a 3 to 5 working day turnaround in regaerds to online orders.
In regards to the bad experience dealing with the shop, can you provide more details on this?
Regarding delivery costs and timing, all shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout prior to order confirmation so customers can review them in advance. That said, we appreciate your feedback.

Patrick

I’ve order twice now from TJ o Mahoney…
I’ve order twice now from TJ o Mahoney for home delivery of bulk stone and other bits. They say delivery within 5 days and to date it’s never been quicker than 14 days . They don’t communicate about delays, you ring the office they don’t answer . Overall very poor service and wouldn’t recommend . Will use a different provider next time. Based in Wicklow .information of 2 Orders shared with Patrick. Info provided to Patrick , no update on when order will be delivered and no response in general. No response from Patrick or actual delivery of my order . Going on 20+ days . Have also rang there Wicklow and ballymount office daily looking for update. When I do manage to get through they tell me they will email Wicklow and get them to contact me . All this hassle for a tonne bag of stones and two sleepers .
