This is a terrible company for customer service. If you make any enquiry about an order that hasn't even been dispatched and is actually past its delivery date then they reply with cheeky emails blaming customers and adding in cheeky lines like we are very busy hence your order being a whole 3 days late when it actual fact that's untrue and its much longer but anyway they definitely seem to like to sing of their own narrative. They definitely do not respect the custom that their paying customers are giving them. Definitely don't appear to have good values as a company. Read the reviews and their replies on etsy and make your mind up for yourself but my advice is definitely avoid.

Great service. Error on checkout meant free item was not applied, emailed out of office hours and received a response within an hour saying they’d update the order manually. My experience certainly not that of others here. As for the disgruntled vegan below, recon nothing would please them! Happy to support a small business.

I had such a fantastic experience with Toast’d, The service was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made everything super easy from start to finish. Toasting marshmallows was such a fun, cozy activity, especially on a chilly autumn evening. The setup was perfect for gathering with friends, laughing, and enjoying that nostalgic campfire feeling (without needing an actual campfire!).

The marshmallows themselves were delicious perfectly soft inside and crisp on the outside when toasted. It’s such a simple idea, but it turned into one of the most memorable evenings we’ve had this season. Highly recommend Toast’d kits for anyone looking for a unique and heartwarming group activity.

I was gifted a kit last year from a relative and we loved it so much, ordering ourselves this time and can’t wait. All of my kids aged 2-17 love the whole concept and I find the little tin so convenient! I made a mistake with my order and emailed straight away getting an immediate response. Thank you!

Ordered a s'mores kit that came with a free hot chocolate kit for this weekend, with lots of time to spare. The s'mores kit arrived and looks amazing, but the free hot chocolate kit is no where to be seen.

Emailed the company but have had no response. Very disappointing as it was planned as a halloween weekend activity

Not even worth a 1 star rating. I placed an order for Halloween 2 weeks after still not received. I chased this up and did receive a response. Item was posted we are now 3 weeks later and still not received I have emailed 4 times and received no response shocking I would not recommend

Fantastic product.
I bought a Christmas s’mores kit for my daughter and it is better than I expected, I can’t wait to use it with her. The biscuits I received in the box were unfortunately broken (due to it either being heavy handled by the post people or it being dropped by them while in transit) I messaged Jonnie about purchasing a replacement pack of biscuits and he sorted it out for me. Excellent customer service and very quick to resolve the issue that wasn’t even their fault.
Definitely worth the money for what is included in the gift box too.

I have purchased a kit for family members for Christmas too and will be purchasing from them again that’s for sure!

The customer service is literally non existent. I have emailed 4 times on both email addresses and reached out via Instagram but am being completely ignored. Really rude and poor customer service. Ordered a kit which I paid extra for 24hr delivery to take on a family beach trip, did not arrive on time, and in fact arrived 3 days after ordering and when we were away on our trip. The box was damaged, completely pointless purchase and waste of money on postage. As a first time customer I'm totally put off and would not recommend at all.

Prompt delivery, great for a family get together. The kids loved it and the adults too! The burner is a good little fire and I love that it is reusable. Delicious taste and good fun:) Thank you!

These are a necessity if you’re away from home! Both the adults and the kids absolutely loved them. Such an amazing but simple invention. Will definitely be recommending these to friends and family. Highly recommend.

We ordered smore and hot choc kits for a family reunion, absolutely delicious, we all enjoyed them, children and adults alike, we all had fun toasting.... and they arrived really quickly, will definitely order again.

Ordered and surprised the kids with a kit to take on our camping trip. Paid for next day delivery but was shipped on a 48hour delivery service, sent an email querying this but received no reply.
The kit itself is wonderfully presented unfortunately it is difficult to light, and also not clear to see making it dangerous for children to be around. It hardly toasts the marshmallows, only just toasting the outside. Very disappointing purchase.

Wow! What a kit. Ordered for a birthday party and it arrived within 2 days, beautifully packaged and the kids absolutely loved it! I tried it and the chocolate was delicious not cheap tasting. Would definitely buy again and brilliant for gifts. I like the way you can use the burner again (use a spoon to open the burner as we struggled initially)

Even with short notice, Jonnie at Toast'd was incredibly accommodating with our bulk order, which arrived promptly via 24 hour tracked shipping - even overseas to the Isle of Wight! The kits themselves (we ordered the s'mores) arrived well-packaged in lovely blue tissue paper and included high-quality ingredients. In particular, the Belgian milk chocolate was absolutely divine. The marshmallow toaster was impressively powerful, heating up in seconds, making the "virtual campfire" experience both fun and interactive. It was a truly delightful and one-of-a-kind experience for a remote team social — one I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I ordered a s’mores box and when it arrived, the biscuits were broken. This was no fault of the company and maybe just a rough journey in the post. We still enjoyed the box very much but I advised the company about the problem. I received a new box the very next next day in perfect condition - thank you!
