Great gift idea with a choice of kits with affordable prices. Easy to order and prompt service.

Poor customer service with no response to emails. Ordered a gifting set as a birthday gift for a child, but a cheaper regular set was sent. Contacted them the next day after delivery - this was last week - no response yet! Now too late to mail a replacement :( the concept sounds cute but surely it doesn’t take much to monitor and respond to the customer emails :(

These have now become a family favourite and are requested for any occasion! Great for holidays, family gathering and kids absolutely love making the S'mores! They taste amazing - especially love the the chocolate! Packaged beautifully and easy instructions for kids to take the lead! We will be back for more!

Cute idea, nice presentation in the box. Couldn't get it to light so we weren't able to toast our marshmallows.

Wish I’d read these reviews first. Ordered £40 worth of items, haven’t received them and no reply from numerous emails and messages to the company. Just awful! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 26/11/24 for a Christmas secret Santa! Never received order. Finally got hold of a staff member on an online chat System to be told it had been packed and was out for a 24 hour tracked delivery. Never has arrived over a week later. I understand it’s your busy time of the year- but your customer service is shocking!!! Will not recommend.

Items haven’t arrived and no response from my email. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed, for £27 I expected a decent amount of supplies to make s'mores and also my hot chocolate arrived busted all over the packaging and iv emailed three times with no response I really wouldn't recommend this company

Did not receive item. Emailed numerous times asking for a refund with no reply. After 2 months and still no joy, had to go through Paypal to get my money back. Very poor customer service, be aware.

I really wanted to love this company and appreciated their plastic-free ethos. The package arrived in good time (though they never did respond to a query I emailed about with regards to my order). The concept is a good one and the children we bought them for had great fun and I was relieved not to have 6 children huddling around a hot bbq toasting marshmallows. In fact, the main reason I bought this kit was to remove the children away from a potentially dangerous situation around the bbq. However, it is really important to note that the flames from the burner that come with the kit are not very visible at all, so adults still have to be super vigilant when children are using these kits to ensure they don't lean over the invisible flames! The burner also tends to blacken the marshmallows rather than getting them nice and caramelised but maybe the kids were holding them over the flames for too long. Anyway, overall a lovely concept but having visible flames would be a mega plus.

Really disappointed. One item received when 2 ordered. Now stuck as need them all. No response from customer services. Wish I’d read these reviews first.

Ordered two item only one arrived no customer service left me on read in messenger reach out via email and had nothing since Wednesday apart from they would look into it

Will not be recommending or buying from here again which is a shame as I have bought from here before but looking at the other comments looks like the customer service is non existent

They sent the wrong thing and it was a little disappointing on Christmas Day.
I contacted them - no reply.
I contacted them again - they said ‘we’ve sent u a new kit but it’s lost in the mail’
I replied to say that our Christmas address was just a holiday address and could they just refund….they didn’t reply.

We ordered before Christmas, 2 toasting kits and a hot chocolate kit. They sent the wrong order. I have contacted them multiple times to ask for a refund on missing items but no response. I really wanted to like this company, but I won't be using them again.
Update: it is now the end of January and still no contact from the company.

I also wanted to love this brand but after 2 attempts at contacting them over 3 weeks ago I’m still waiting for a reply. I requested to cancel my order with5 mins of being placed and nothing, no acknowledgment to my email. I emailed again a couple of days later no reply. My order was not dispatched until over a week after it was placed and took another 4 days to arrive. Very underwhelmed with the contents of the box for the cost also.

I was pleased to order from a small business but became very frustrated with the experience. They advertise a prompt delivery but it became apparent they were unable to fulfil that promise. If they had only sent out a quick email to reassure the customers ( poor reviews about similar experiences were wracking up on social media) that orders were being processed, there would have been less unrest. When the order arrived, it was totally wrong. Communication was again difficult but they DID rectify the problem. However, in trying to work out whether one box in the original order was large or medium, I used their own contents list on the website to check. The contents in the large box did not match what was in my box and rather than apologise, in emails I was made to feel petty. The tone of their “customer service” leaves much to be desired. Incredibly the website still remains unchanged with contents which do not match with what they send out. However, we used the set last weekend and it was a great success. The children enjoyed the experience and the taste. Sadly, due to the experience I received, I doubt I will use the company again, nor recommend it, although I get the impression that they wouldn’t care.

Items arrived but a week later than what stated on their website; I chased the order via their online form and they replied the following day. Also there is a glitch in their IT system and though I ordered 7 boxes of the hot choc, they only shipped 1 so I had to source the 6 remaining pressies. Our friends seemed to like the present though. My advice is to order well in advance of your event and regularly check the shipping status by using their online form

Ordered a large quantity for a corporate gift - very well received as an unusual and inclusive gift which helped us 'toast' to celebratory news without the usual drink gift.

Great service throughout the ordering process too.
