I ordered a pair of Rothenberger pipe…
I ordered a pair of Rothenberger pipe benders. They took 11 days to arrive and when they did they had damage to the paint finish and the guides were missing which were due to the couriers mishandling. The guides were sent the next day and I recieved a couple of freebies as compensation.

Poor delivery and customer service
Having paid for next day delivery we anticipated the package/s to arrive within 48/60 hours.
One item was sent by one courier and arrived within that timescale.
The other item (ordered at the same time) was sent by a different courier and arrived 5 days later - a day after it was needed.
We paid for next day delivery and now have an item which we have been asked to return to be able to get a refund. I can’t see why we should have to pay to ship the item back when it did not arrive in time despite paying for next day delivery.
So we now have a useless piece of equipment as we had to purchase the item elsewhere so the necessary work could be carried out and cannot get a refund unless we pay more.

Unprofessional
I placed an order for an electrical box as the key to open isn't supplied with the box I ordered the key separately , they failed to deliver the key with the order, I rang them and told them to put it on my next order as I needed another box , second box came damaged and the key wasn't there , tried to send them an email and call them to no availability. Honest Review from an honest customer, I will avoid to give them business in the future.
