Great explanation, good detail, happy with the install. Mark has helped us with the change over to octopus. Looking forward to using the night rate and continue monitoring the system.
Mark soon diagnosed problem with heat pump power usage more than batteries could provide and recommended a solution. Install team were neat and tidy.

We work to keep up to date with current product release to ensure our customers receive the best systems available. Our main goal is to take care of our customers, we offer a 24 hour phone service if they’re having any issues and we monitor their systems to make sure things are working correctly. Many times we have found issues before customers and resolved it free of charge. Our team take pride in their service, from the first conversation up until installation and follow up after. We make sure our installation team are quick and efficient.

The initial installation was efficient…
The initial installation was efficient and without a glitch. The system has reaches expectations. All staff - Mark and the office have been polite and answered questions quickly and clearly.
The review and update went well, we opted to upgrade the system to finish it off. The monitoring of the system is particularly beneficial.

The System Works
We had a new Inverter and 3 batteries installed. The installation process was easy and quick. We were so pleased with our 3 new batteries that we went on to order 3 more. I would highly recommend that you use Tres Energy for your new or existing systems.
