Recently I have been served by one of the Travel Expert Katarzyna Tryjankowska from the Tropical Sky Travel Company. I never seen this Company before. I must admit her professionalism, attention to details and a customer focused service. Also, I would like to add a such qualities like a document speed, and efficiency plus absolutely all information that I needed was in place. I have never seen this in mostly Travel Companies before. I would strongly recommend this Travel Company to any family if you want a pleasant Holiday , peace of mind and a price that surprised you. Roisin Carbery was our travel consultant and she took care of everything. No matter how many questions or requests we came with, she took care of everything. Our stay in South Africa was top notch and everything that was booked, ran very smoothly. The accomodation and travel partners used, were perfect. Pumba Bush reserve is a must for safari. Just booked our holiday through tropical sky with Katie Guy. Customer service was excellent even after asking for endless quotes and tweaks, nothing was too much trouble.

We booked our first ever long haul holiday to Kenya last summer to depart in Feb 2026. Amanda looked after us through the whole booking process and was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of Kenya meant she was able to give us ideas and recommendations of ways to build our holiday into the fantastic experience it was. No question from me was too silly, and trust me there were a lot of questions as I'm an over thinker! but she was happy to talk me through everything. When my husband and i got home and reviewed our holiday together we both agree it was so stress free, we felt fully supported (which was really important to us) and just an amazing experience. Every thing just worked perfectly, from the drivers for our airport transfers, the extremely knowledgeable Gamewatchers drivers we had for our trips in Nairobi, the hotels we stayed in and of course the main star of the show, Kenya and the welcome we received where ever we went. We will only book with Tropical Sky now going forward and thank you so much Amanda, we will be in touch soon for the next one!

Katarzyna was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. We planned our wedding and honeymoon to the Maldives, and the service was second to none.
From the very start, Katarzyna was incredibly supportive, finding us a great range of options which met all of our criteria. Then following travel disruption in the Middle East (where we were due to layover), Katarzyna was excellent in helping up find an alternative route and ensuring we were kept updated and informed throughout the build up.
We’d highly recommend Tropical Sky, and will definitely use them again!

We booked a family holiday last Christmas, our last together as a family as circumstances will be different very soon.
This was to be a memorable holiday of a lifetime in a 5* holiday complex in Mexico.
We were charged an awful lot yes it was Christmas but this is an expensive resort also.
On arrival, no sight of our booked car through them, eventually 2 hours later it arrived… we arrived at the resort it was evening now, but what we saw was stunning, until they showed us our room for 3 adults, everything was set up for 2 adults, the staff were querying our stay in this too as it was not normally for 3 adults, but they got us an extra bed, that squeezed into the room, you now had to hop from the balcony over the beds to the bathroom, an accident waiting to happen, really frustrated and upset, I spoke to the premier reception, yes we can be put in a bigger room, 3 times this size, but an extra bed added for an extra £3000 for the next 13 nights, we had already paid £15K, I spent a restless night unable to sleep and at first light contacted tropical sky, they said a resident agent will be in contact, well that never happened, we took the plunge as did not want our holiday ruined due to this company’s bad planning and paid the extra. We didn’t hear again form tropical sky until our return when we took action with our bank and still going through the process with HSBC and our solicitor as this company have lied at every turn, I keep every piece of information, and it was just as well, all we wanted back was the excess that we had to pay on site due to being sold a wrong size room at top dollar to tropical sky and since found out, that the holiday company work in sync with several hotels doing the same thing to several people, they are a poor company that prey on the vulnerable, they knew our situation and abused it, not a company to use lightly…
Tropical sky said they were in contact with us immediately and sent a resort agent, not true at all, I had to deal with this myself. I organised the upgrade to a fair bigger room, if you check on Hyatt.com the rooms are priced for preferential and non preferential, the nons had apparently smaller rooms, but this wasn’t the case, we were given a room at the very back of the hotel, no views of ocean. This room had to have a 3rd be put in, it was then a fire safety risk… we met other couples that had an adult son/daughter with them that booked through the main channel and had to have to rooms of this size as only 2 adults per preferential room, this company has duped us, and had lots of people now contact me as friends or not and shared similar experiences of this company…

From the first contact with Kevin Ryan I was impressed by his knowledge of our proposed trip. He helped us to customise our itinerary. After booking we had some health issues in our party and Kevins team helped us through that - postponing the trip.
We are now back from the trip and Tropical Sky and their partners Lux travel made a perfect trip for us - they were always responsive and helpful.
I can recommend this holiday and the Kevins team to anyone.

I just want to say how amazing Tropical Sky have been yet again. We have used them before and their sister company Canada Sky and felt it only right to use them again. The colleague we spoke to, Alexandra was brilliant. Since the start she has responded to emails effectively. She did a brilliant job putting together an itinerary which reflected exactly what we wanted. Other providers were only offering certain trips which were of no interest to us so it made sense to use Tropical Sky as they went above and beyond to tailor our trip to Japan based on what we wanted and not whatwas easy to do. The standard of hotels was excellent and all varied depending on the city we stayed in. It allowed us to get a good idea of the culture of each city based on this. Also, our trips were organised effectively and information was passed to me in a timely manner. All reps contacted me beforehand to ensure I knew the details and times. The flights, trains and transfers were all punctual and communicated clearly so this made our holiday run smoothly. I absolutely loved my holiday as it had everything we wanted at a competitive price and had no issues. We are already thinking of where to go next and using Tropical Sky will be the only option. We had an exceptional holiday to Vietnam with Tropical Sky. We dealt with a lady called Alexandra who was brilliant! She really listened to my ideas and the types of experiences I wanted to have and changed/tweaked our itinerary countless times before we finally booked. However, it was worth the wait. The whole trip was seamless. Picked up ontime everytime; super comfortable cars; fantastic hotels; knowledgeable guides. The list goes on... I definitely recommend Tropical Sky and will absolutely use this company again.

Well I about to spend 12k plus with Tropical Sky for a wedding package which I might as well have cut out the middle man and booked direct,all they are interested in is booking the holiday and flights surely a wedding package you should be able to pay for extras such as a photographer which is standard in a wedding package but we are having to spend loads of time trying to do this ourselves direct with the hotel as they are not bothered in the slightest,I am very disappointed with the level of care and service for this company and if was not for the fear of losing a large deposit I would book elsewhere,they don’t book your wedding they book a holiday and you have to do the rest
It has taken weeks to get our emails and queries answered,obviously planning a wedding abroad can be complicated that’s you book with a professional company to take that stress away
