Right from the booking enquiry, the service was excellent, we were looking for something special to celebrate our ruby wedding and the package they put together was superb. Everything was well organised, well documented and we did not have to worry about anything would definitely recommend, and use Tropical sky again.

Almost 9 years of fruitless mediation between our lawyers and TropicalSky for our ruined holiday in 2016! Numerous offers from us to them - to compensate our distress and lack of dutiful care resulted in their rejections!
Finally, the court hearing yesterday!
The judge has decided to reward us 50% of the package cost and quite a substantial sum as a compensation for our distress.
Plus, the stubborn "family-run-proud-providers-of-exceptional-experience" would have to pay the court expenses and even my train fare of £83.10!
The representative tried in vain to twist my words and facts, and even questioned my train fare! :)
Just as well, huh?
So, I would be very careful, guys: read the 1* reviews and don't be satisfied by the 5*s. Or, simply, go for the well established and renowned tour operators.

Another great holiday with Tropical Sky. This was our second trip through TS and it exceeded all our expectations. Even with a change of flight provider, all ran smoothly with great service from TS throughout. We were so pleased with the hotel and the private transfers were an incredible addition when traveling with children! Thank you and we look forward to booking soon for next year!

My wife and I had an excellent holiday in January when we spent two weeks at the Cinnamon Bey in Sri Lanka. We have been to Sri Lanka before but this is the first time we booked through Tropical Sky. The price was competitive and the service we had from Paula Yates was excellent. Paula arranged the whole holiday including the airport lounge and transfers in Sri Lanka. Everything went seamlessly and we had a wonderful holiday. We both enjoyed the whole experience so much that we have booked to go again next January again through Paula at Tropical Sky. Again Paula was excellent and has arranged everything for us again exactly how we want it, and again the price was competitive. We will continue to use Tropical Sky in the future as their service has been great.

It is almost impossible to say how perfect our wedding arranged with Tropical Sky and held at Galley Bay Antigua was. From the very moment it was organised to the moment we arrived home every was totally perfect.

Great experience with Tropical sky and specifically Paula. We booked our wedding and holiday/honeymoon with them to Sri Lanka at the Thaala Bentota resort. The planning and communication was exceptional. Everything ran smoothly from the advice they gave regarding the wedding documentation we needed in order to get married legally in Sri Lanka, the details provided of the type of wedding packages available to us and the transfers etc. We had a fantastic Wedding and honeymoon at Thaala Bentota in Sri lanka. The hotel was lovely, all the staff were amazing, particularly the events managers, the wedding day itself was perfect. Thank you so much Tropical Sky for arranging a wonderful trip to Sri Lanka.

Helpful informative staff who steered us in the direction we wanted for a fabulous holiday in Antigua. The Cocobay Resort was all we hoped for, stylish, on beautful Ffryes Beach with great food and service. We would definitely go there again if we revisit Antigua. The Caribbean side of the island is very much nicer than the Atlantic side, with lush rainforest and a calm sea (or at least it was when we were there!) We will use Tropical Sky when we book our next treat as they were totally reliable.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday to the Maldives which was arranged by Katie Guy who was extremely efficient, professional and friendly and I look forward to booking my next holiday with her very soon.

I have used Tropical Sky for a number of holidays now, predominantly to the Maldives, our most recent trip we worked with an advisor called Janet. I emailed Janet initially with a range of questions for the island we had in mind, including best dates to travel, taking into account the discounts being offered by the island, also the different packages and lastly the best airline to use regarding value for money. Without any prompting Janet reviewed all options for us, pricing different flights, different dates and different board packages helping us find the best option. All of the communication is greatly received by email and a follow up phone call before any money is paid to talk through the final booking is a lovely touch. I will continue to use this company for future bookings also.
Just for reference, booking through Tropical Sky also worked out cheaper than had we booked directly with the island and directly with the airline for flights.

In the last 7 months I have had the pleasure to use the services of both Tropical/Canada Sky and have had great service from the 2 tour advisers. I have nothing but praise for them both
In particular Sejal at tropical Sky had a very short time scale to organise a last minute trip to Victoria Falls and Chobe Natural Reserve and although a complex itinerary everything fell into place seamlessly. Great hotels and Game Lodge were recommended and we are considering a return trip in the dry season.

I have recently returned from a trip to Cambodia & Veitnam which was organised with Roisin Carbery. The trip was excellent in every sense mainly because of Roisin's expertise, knowledge of the places and attention to detail for us as individual travellers. She is a real asset to Tropical Sky and I will have no hesitation in booking future trips or in recommending Tropical Sky to others. Thank you for making our adventure seamless.

Everything about this trip was AMAZING. It was booked relatively close to our leaving date so there was a lot of juggling with dates, hotels etc.

Our travel consultant Sejal had a wealth of knowledge of South Africa. She listened to what we wanted to do, what our budget was, the type of things we liked to experience. She then planned and tweaked the trip to ensure that our expectations were met.

We were blown away by the standard of the accommodation, the locations, the service of staff etc. Everything was well organised from the airport transfers, private vehicles from one hotel to another. Having all the travel documents meant that we could tweak the taxi pickups when we were away (which I personally found useful).

I hadn't used Tropical Sky before (always favoured Trailfinders for large trips) but I will definitely use them again for our next big trip. Plus I'll be telling friends about them too.

We got married in Mauritius in December and booked the trip through Tropical Sky. The package included the services of a local rep who was able to help arrange the wedding license. There is a process to following that includes submitting the correct documentation in advance and then visiting the civil office and local registrar a few days before the ceremony. The rep was very knowledgeable and the trip to the civil office and registrar was included in the package. Tropical Sky has a dedicated wedding specialist who helped us through all stages and helped us get over some regulatory hurdles. We got married at the Zilwa Attiutude hotel who have a wedding team who sorted out all the local arrangements and ensured that we had a perfect wedding day.
All the staff at Tropical Sky were very helpful at all stages of the research and booking. Special thanks to Karen the wedding co-ordinator.

This was a major trip for us after a very difficult year. Every element Alexandra suggested and arranged was simply amazing. The communication and support from day one was flawless. All 5 hotels were top drawer, the transport was there waiting and always friendly. Timings and the general itinerary were perfect, we can’t thank you enough and will now only use Tropical Sky for all of our breaks. Great service is rare these days and the team here went above and beyond at every turn.

Had to chase up a few items which were incorrect but they were resolved. Went to Banff with West Jet probably would not go by them again not great departure and arrivals time and like other budget airlines plenty of extras especially on baggage. Hotel pick up and hotel accommodation great but that is the norm with Canada in my experience
