Best customer service I’ve experienced in years
My order didn’t arrive and tracking updates weren’t clear, so I was getting pretty frustrated trying to figure out what was going on.
VapeFiend’s customer service completely turned things around. They were quick to respond, very understanding, and immediately arranged a replacement without any hassle.
What I appreciated most is that they took responsibility for dealing with the courier themselves instead of passing me back and forth. It made the whole situation much less stressful.
Really impressed with how they handled it, great customer service and I’d definitely order from them again.

I can’t believe how fast the delivery was ! I ordered in the afternoon and the items arrived the next day. Everything was well wrapped with care , the items were genuine and not cheap copies , and all at a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more ! I 100% recommend vapefiend

Had M series Dynavaps since 2020
Had M series Dynavaps since 2020. This is the best one in my opinion. The new mouthpiece is worth the extra money and the adjustable stem is genius. I have a Venty and have barely touched it since I got this. And it's very very economical if you know what I mean.

48 hour delivery when ordered early in the day.
Break/drop my tubes at least once every 5 months or so.
Order them online through vape fiend and will have them at my door within 48 hours if ordered before 2pm. Solid website. Helpful/quick replies.
