I had broken a glass part for my Arizer EQ, I needed to get a replacement one.
Vapefiend were able to provide this at a great price (I brought a spare to be extra safe), this was delivered very fast (next working day). Previous companies I have used for the 3 part water adapter were ordering it from China so delivery time was quite delayed.
So great price with a very quick turnaround.

My tinymight 2 vape needed repairing and wasn't working well at all.
The team at Vapefiend fixed it swiftly and sent it back just as quick. The price for the repair was very reasonable. I now have my vape back and it's performing like brand new again! Big thanks to Vapefiend 😉

Update: The company responded by calling it "bizarre" that I am frustrated, and tried to hide behind fraud insurance. To clarify: I did not expect you to change the address while it was in transit. I expected a human being in your warehouse to print a new label after the parcel safely returned to you, rather than forcing a returning customer through a days-long refund and checkout loop. Good customer service solves problems; defensive customer service blames the customer.

I made an order on the 14th of June which was unfortunately misaddressed due to an autofill error. Royal Mail updated the tracking to say "delivered", so I walked all the way across town to my old address, only to find out it had actually been returned to sender.

When I asked customer service to re-ship it to my correct address once it arrived back, I got a standard "computer says no" response. Apparently, their system is too rigid to amend a label for a returned box. Instead, they force you to wait for a refund and buy everything all over again.

Mistakes happen, but good companies help you fix them. This one just hides behind its software. I am unsure whether to order again at this point.
