Prefer emails to begin with company name rather than customer services. Means they are less likely to get deleted accidentally and be found more easily as inboxes often truncate.

Time Consuming but well worth it
First time customer with lots of medical conditions and struggled at first listing my conditions until I realised I had to list them one by one which was time consuming but also interesting as some of the questions you asked I’ve never been asked by my doctors or nurses which has given me an insight into my medical conditions. Also I’m a technophobe which doesn’t help and the English language isn’t the most straightforward language in the world can be misunderstood so easily. Overall happy with several hours online filling out my travel insurance form and praying to god I don’t fall ill whilst I’m away as I don’t want another form to fill in 🤣
