Disappointing after-sales service. I purchased a £60 bottle of French Bloom L’Extra Brut which, when opened as a birthday gift, tasted strongly of vinegar and appeared to be faulty.

I contacted VIP Bottles on 26 September and received an automated response saying someone would reply within 24 hours. I chased again on 7 October but have still had no substantive response.

I’ve now had to pursue the refund through my card provider. Very disappointing given the price of the product and the lack of response.

Your service is very terrible , excuses every single time i haven’t gotten my package almost 2 weeks now and i paid for premium delivery day .

First 2 orders were received with no issues, the last order had an item missing which had been for a present, when i contract them, they advise they had no stock left of the item, as it had been damaged. I asked for them to send to an alternative item, which they advised they couldn't and just refunded the item. I said i was willing to place a new order then, if they would offer a discount or free postage, they then just ignored my emails on this. I sent a few follow up emails on it and again they were all ignored. Their customer service was really good when i placed my first couple of order, then it was non existing.......

I recommend it highly if you are looking for a glass bottle with nice water inside.
You can reuse it as it is a fairly big bottle to last you all day without having to fill it too often.

Item arrived well packaged and during the expected delivery timeframe. A bottle of Hennessy XO was purchased but since this is a gift I cannot comment on the taste. Thank you.

I thought this company was really good at first it was quick to order and paid extra for fast delivery. The issue started when i received my order and it was incorrect. They took a long time to rectify it, i had to send the bottle back and only then i could get the correct one sent out and because customer services do not work weekends there was more of a delay. It would of been ok if i did not need it for a 21st birthday so my item arrived after date needed so quite disappointed. So, if you do not need it for a special occasion it's fine.
