so, i have come back to write up after 8 months of use. we emptied the spa and turned it off during summer, as it is too hot to use during the Algarve summer. Just re-filled and put back on this week an all is still great.

Still think this is one of our best buys, the SPA works really well. I have learnt how to adjust the water chemicals now and how to keep the water good, which is different to a swimming pool. The jets and pumps and air pumps all work great and the diffuser gives off a great scent. I did have a small issue with one of the speakers that was hissing, contact support and within a few days a new one arrived and got fitted with no problem.

Comprei-a há 3 anos e até agora tudo tem funcionado maravilhosamente e embora tenha havido um pequeno vazamento de água de uma válvula pouco antes do fim da garantia de 2 anos, fui atendido muito rapidamente pelo que aconteceu e no espaço de uma semana o problema foi resolvido.

O senhor Rony é quem trata de todo o processo, é um excelente profissional! Muito eficaz e atencioso, ele garante que tudo corre bem. Recomendo vivamente, fiquei muito satisfeita.

We were dubious about purchasing a spa offline but there are no spa shops near us in Central Portugal so took a gamble. The company were very helpful in any questions we had prior to buying so we decided to order. We ordered one that was in stock so that we did not have to wait for a long lead time after we had paid our money. The company that they use for delivery in Portugal delivered the spa the day before delivery, luckily we were in, but they only sent one driver with a sack truck, unloading it on his own would have resulted in damage to the spa. Luckily we were able to help move the spa with him. It did not come in cardboard packaging but maybe because we bought one of the cheaper models. We had an electrician put the electrics in, filled it and it worked straight away. Unfortunately the instructions do not come in English so they had to be translated via Mr Google and also Webahidromassagem responded very quickly to a few questions we needed to clarify. but they are quite complicated to work out and I have owned spas before which were much more simple. For the money we paid we are pleased with the spa, the downside is that if you have a problem they are not able to send an engineer, and you have to change any parts yourself - we had a leak and were instructed to re-seal the joints but the leak dried up so this has not been necessary. We have been using the spa for 4 months now with minimal problems, I will post an update maybe in 6 months when I have seen now if functions over a longer period. But all in all we are pleased so far.

Great communication throughout the purchase process and prompt delivery. Very happy with the product. Highly recommended!

We paid for a spa in December. More than €8000

Delivered in January by ONE older guy who asked for help to unload the box of 400 kg package! It took 3 other guys to help him unload.

We unpacked a week later and installed and by then it’s early feb. It wouldn’t heat up. So we called and they said … THE SUPPORT ONLY WORK BY EMAIL AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE VIDEO TO DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM.

Also, they don’t speak English because THEY DON’T expect to have English speaking clients! (Why did they not tell me before they accept my English money?!!)

So … after rude responses, we were told to get a technician that WE HAVE TO PAY FOR. €379!!

It will take between 3-10 days after payment.

2 and a HALF WEEKS LATER, she came. And couldn’t solve the problem.

Went away.

A month later came back still can’t solve the problem.

When I wrote this review, it’s APRIL. They have ignored our emails. Sales office can’t help because “We are sales. Not support!” Meaning we are here to take your money but can’t help you.

The last time we ask for our money back, they response: “in Europe you have 30 days for that. It’s now too late. Bad luck.”

We are going to find a lawyer to see if we can get our money back.

Awful company. Never answer the phone, no communication. Ordered a hot tub and I'm still waiting 6 and a half months later! Avoid!! Buy nothing off these charlatans

Ordered a hot tub 27th March for delivery in mid July Delay after delay and lie after lie. We had no communication to tell us of any delays until I emailed WhatsApp and finally we get a generic email saying it would be delivered end of August beginning of September They have NEVER answered the phone I have tried 60-70 times. Now we get another generic email to say either beginning of October or end. Finally managed to get an answer on WhatsApp as I want my deposit back as I have waited 3 months since it was due and 6 and a half months since it was ordered THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. What kind of company are you?

This company never answers the phone, this makes it very suspicious.
