Misleading adverts
Misleading adverts, they will do a lot to get you onto a subscription service, people report getting threatning letters or not receiving their item at all.

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service, never will I purchase from them again, purchased 1 coin on a instalment plan, money is in the bank, company have not taken payment phoned on 3 occasions to try & sort out my online account, which still isn’t working, now received red letters threatening action, all because they haven’t taken payment, phoned up to make payment invoice is incorrect to what I owe, now I have paid outstanding invoice in full, refused to take me off there system & mailing
Disgraceful
After receiving email requesting more information, which I have no one has come back to me, even after paying my bill in full in August now 1st October they are chasing me for money
Absolute disgraceful company will never buy again from them

What a con
What a con! So first you see an offer for a pin badge, for £3. That all goes fine. Then you notice a further £22 has been taken from your account, you investigate further to discover in buying the first pin, you when inadvertently subscribed to something. I cancelled and thought I should have read the small print better, but at least I’ll get the rest of the series of the pin badges. Then what turns up is a cheap box, and just 2 more pin badges, that in total I’m sure you could pick up for £5!!! Complete con, avoid. On a plus side I never thought I’d even find pin badges that would cost more than at Disney, how wrong I was 🤦🏻♂️😂.

⭐ 1 STAR – EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Westminster Collection.
I ordered a coin after seeing it advertised on television. Payment was taken from my credit card, yet the coin has never arrived.
What makes the situation considerably worse is the apparent lack of customer service. I have been unable to get through to anyone to resolve the matter, despite the company having already taken my money.
Taking payment is apparently straightforward; actually supplying the product and being available when something goes wrong seems to be a very different matter.
For a company that promotes its products so prominently on television and presents itself as an established and reputable business, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company simply to find out what has happened to an order they have already paid for.
Money taken. Product not received. Customer service seemingly impossible to reach.
Based on my experience, I certainly would not recommend The Westminster Collection, and I would think very carefully before ordering from them again.
A thoroughly frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Beware of this company, they operate a hidden subscription scam. Once they have taken your initial credit card payment, they then continue to take further monthly payments without your authorisation.

I have posted a couple reviews previously of Westminster Collection before, saying how good the service is.
They have today, and also last month dealt with two different issues.
1. A delivery arrived with the envelope which appeared to be either tampered with or not sealed correctly. The item l had ordered was missing. RESOLVED SWIFTLY.
2. I returned an item just last Thursday (last week) requesting a refund, and then the next day I realised that l had not included the invoice (how are they going to know this is mine?) An email explained what I had done, and within just six days this was
RESOLVED, as they have received the item and my account will be credited tomorrow!
Having spent many years in customer service I can honestly say this is of the highest degree.

Horrible experience
After first order, I cannot access my account. I have asked for access but they failed. I requested to cancel my undelivered order and future subscription weeks ago, and no response afterwards. Today my card was charged with the amount different from my order. I have to seek help from card customer service about this suspicious charge.

Account locked and no response to multiple cancellation requests
Extremely disappointing experience.
I requested cancellation of my subscription several times by email, but received no response. Instead, my account was temporarily locked, leaving me unable to access or manage my subscription.
Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service and clearly request cancellation, I was charged again today.
I have received no meaningful response to my emails and have been left unable to cancel the subscription through my account.
This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I did not want any further charges or deliveries, yet another payment was taken after I had already contacted the company about cancellation.
I strongly recommend being very careful when signing up for a subscription with this company and keeping records of all cancellation requests.
I am still waiting for the subscription to be cancelled and for today’s payment to be refunded.
