Hi Nigel, thank you for your feedback. As discussed, your order is being prepared with expedited shipping to ensure it arrives well in time for Valentine’s Day. We appreciate your patience and are here to address any additional concerns!
Beware of dishonest merchant
Beware of dishonest merchant! I never received my item. It was claimed to be delivered, however, there is no proof of it being delivered to me, nor is there any signature of mine nor anyone in my household. The courier simply marked it delivered “at residence”, which is definitely not accurate nor suffice.
I never got a refund nor a replacement. And I lost $700 for no reason. I am devastated and very disappointed that I made this purchase. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about this experience and do not do business with such a dishonest merchant.

Dear Farah Amin,
Thank you for your feedback. We take every review seriously and strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
We have thoroughly reviewed your case. As confirmed by UPS tracking, your package was delivered to the shipping address you provided and signed for on January 9, 2025. We’ve also shared all delivery details and offered guidance on filing a claim with UPS if you still cannot locate your package.
At WJD Exclusives, we value integrity and transparency, and we work hard to ensure every order reaches its destination safely. It's disheartening to hear your concerns, but we remain committed to assisting you in resolving any issues through proper channels.

Justin, calling it a 'beautiful necklace' is an understatement – your taste is clearly unparalleled! We’re honored to be your choice for timeless elegance.
Description is deceiving.
Although it didn't arrive at the time I expected it, it was very nice when it arrived. The description is deceiving as it did not come with a chain and the pictures showed a chain. The customer service reached out and was very friendly but didn't offer a reasonable solution to the problem.

****UPDATED REPLY****
Hi Haidar,
Thank you for updating your review and for acknowledging the pendant is very nice! We’d like to address your new concern about the chain. All of our pendants are sold without a chain unless otherwise specified in the title and description. Some photos may show the pendant displayed on a chain for visual purposes.
We also went above and beyond to offer you a significant discount on a chain to resolve the misunderstanding, but it seems the solution still didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to be transparent and ensure every customer understands exactly what they’re purchasing, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine our communications.
If there’s anything else we can do to assist further, we’re happy to help!

Hi Haidar,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service, so we’d like to clarify the situation for you and others.
Your order, placed on Sunday, January 19, was shipped the very next business day. Tuesday, January 21 as Monday was Martin Luther king day and post offices closed—faster than our standard two-business-day processing time. According to USPS tracking, your package is currently in Detroit and will be delivered shortly.
We strive to provide accurate information and timely shipping. Unfortunately, reviews like this can misrepresent our efforts, even when we’ve gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth process.
We encourage you to revisit the review, as it impacts not just our reputation but also how potential customers perceive our dedication. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out—we’re always here to help!

I don’t recall reading that a signature upon delivery would be required so I didn’t plan on being there, and so, I had to retrieve it the next day from the post office.

Hi Patricia,
We’re sorry the item you wanted wasn’t available during the busy holiday season. We do want to clarify that your order was placed on Saturday evening (December 14th), and since weekends aren’t considered business days, we only had Monday through Wednesday to process and communicate with you.
We reached out on Wednesday evening (December 18th), which amounts to three business days, not a full week. We understand it may have felt longer, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.
We still hope we can make this right—please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else we can do to regain your trust.
