3 out of 5 overall
3 out of 5 overall, the first two were 5 out of 5. The first purchase was from Amazon the 8mm puffy mariner and the 9.5mm version of the SAME necklace I got directly from you. My third purchase was the same thing in 12mm version and it looked horrible and looked different than the video and the clasps were all crooked making the chain twist. It's month later and they still want reviews so that's it

Hi Jarrod, thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear about your experience with the 12mm necklace. We aim for quality and consistency in every piece, and it's concerning to hear that this one didn't meet your expectations. We'd love to make it right—please reach out to our customer support team so we can address this for you. Your satisfaction is important to us!
