Omitted discount code was honoured
I unfortunately forgot to include a discount code when I placed an order. When I realised my mistake I then emailed to send the code in the hope that it could still be applied. See the flooring in person
I came across the Wood and Beyond website in my search for engineered wood flooring, but wanted to see the floors in person before making a purchase.
Riza was great! She was really helpful and knowledgeable and was able to immediately pull out samples for the types of flooring I described to her. She checked the stock straightaway and I was able to hold the stock of my order for a week so I have some time to make sure I am absolutely sure of my choice.
