Great experience in store with Cheuk-yee. They also had an Easter sale on so was able to secure a good price. They have a range of different colours and specs to choose from. Quick delivery and installation timeframe too.

I was assisted by Riza Mendoza who was very helpful in explaining the different options available for engineered wood, the fitting requirements and range of underlays. I have ordered a mid-range plank, and look forward to having it delivered and laid.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
The delivery driver arrived and refused to allow me to inspect the goods before signing — despite the company’s own terms clearly stating that customers must check items before accepting delivery. When I insisted on following their procedure, the driver responded “it’s not going to happen” and left with my order.
After escalating the issue, I was then told by a staff member (Ms Liu) that I may be charged for a redelivery — even though the failed delivery was entirely due to their driver refusing to follow their own policy.
To make matters worse, I later received a call from the delivery company informing me they were unable to contact the driver at all and could only offer next-day delivery.
This has now caused serious disruption to my project. The flooring was meant to be delivered and left to acclimatise, and due to this failure I have lost over 20 hours. As a result, I now face delays, rescheduling contractors, and potential additional costs.
This is not just poor service — this is a complete lack of process, communication, and accountability.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if your project depends on timely delivery

Pure chaos
Had to move 391kg of flooring whilst pregnant because they missed the delivery slot my partner stayed home all day waiting for then had to go to work.
Can’t speak on the product yet as we haven’t had a chance to open it but the whole process was pure chaos and based on that I wouldn’t order again.
No communication whatsoever after the confirmation email. On the chosen day of delivery we had to chase multiple times to get a delivery slot. 4-6pm delivery slot was missed. Confirmation clearly states: “Delivery is between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and the driver will text you a two-hour delivery window”. My partner waited until 6:05 and then had to go to work.
Shortly before 7pm received a delivery slot of 18:55-20:55. Clearly out of the stated delivery hours, with no one at the property as we are yet to move in. I then had to race over to the property from my current home to accept the delivery to avoid the £109 re-delivery fee.
Pure chaos and left me in an awful and dangerous situation for my unborn child.
To charge a £39 delivery fee for such chaos is very unjust.
