The blinds supplied with no instructions, what a useless company, cannot go on line, as nothing on packaging states who the blind is from useless company

Purchases 9 velux roof windows
Purchases 9 skylight windows . Order was simple and communication . Yard didn’t stock the items and came from velux themself . The delivery driver dropped all 9windows from his truck tail lift . Informed yard and they reordered the replacements .
I believe this says more about a company when issues arise and they are sorted out.

Win win - Low price with high quality service
I just bought 7 velux roof windows for my attic conversion from Yard Direct and I fully recommend using them! James in particular helped me massively through the process with advice on specific conservation flashing requirements etc., and he managed to price beat all other quotes I received - and I shop around a lot!!

I would highly recommend this company. Being in the trade, I have bought roof windows a number of times from Yard Direct and have found them to be extremely reliable and competitive. There are more out there willing to take your money, but for me Yard have always been the most reliable, well organised, competitive company.
