A real person answered the phone
A real person answered the phone, and very quickly too. The same real person was happy, keen to help, and knowledgeable which was great especially given that I am a novice. The price of their product was about the best and better than most by 15% for me. Communication was great, and the delivery was just as they said. Great company.
