I bought two site fitting kits fine …
I bought two site fitting kits off you they are fine But the actual site window unfortunately bq supplied windows when closed there's seapage off water coming through bottom off window not through flashing through the closure area Not sure if they can be adjusted too tighten the fit any advice welcomed been roofing over thirty years my mate 20 years we fitted slate kit no leaks top or sides it's the actual bottom off the widow it Deffo pressure closes however water ingress ion every time rains Bucket tested take couple mins Then seapage starts very frustrating if flashing I can resolve but as I repeat it's seaping through bottom off the window where it shuts

Easily the best price for velux
I was recommended Yard direct by another company who couldn’t help as I was out of their area. And I’m very glad they did. Everything arrived on the day it was meant to - 3 velux and solar blinds - and they were easily the lowest quote, by hundreds of pounds.

Incredible Customer Service
Some of if not the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Communication is first class and almost instant. There was an issue with my order (not their fault but Velux) and I had a response within 30 minutes and a new part the next day.
Will use again and would recommend to anyone.

Hassle free order and delivery
Hassle free order and delivery. Our builder has recommended a different supplier but a quick bit of research showed that Yard Direct were slightly cheaper with better reviews. One quick call to the office to check stock and I placed my order online. It arrived the next week and I was kept updated via email at every step.

No clear return and refund terms

Thanks for taking time to write us a review, all reviews are welcome although we are disspointed to have received this one.
I spoke to yourself numerous times over phone and email to explain our returns policy clearly. You bought two products through our website and then phoned up a week later to say they were faulty. As we have no prio contact with you before ordering we asked you to provide the code from the window you were trying to install the products on in order to check they were compatible. This was never provided despite asking you several times. On each occasion I spoke to you I clearly said that we would refund you in full if the items were faulty.
Although we have still not received the relevant information from yourself in order to progress this further we have refunded you in full and we will incur costs to get everything back to the manufacturer.

Ordered velux windows and flashings from Yard Direct. Phoned first and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who emailed a price right away. Great service and delivery was as discussed, no delays. Haven't had them installed yet so can't comment further. Thanks for a first class service!

The help received from this company was excellent.
The service received from the company was great but unfortunately the goods supplied were not all in good condition. I only needed one part of the flashing kit supplied which was not damaged. However had I needed everything in the kit supplied it would have had to be returned as one of the pieces supplied was bent and buckled and would not have been fit for purpose.

Usually, in the scenario that you needed to use this flashing kit. We would ask you to proceed with the installation and we would send out a replacement part. Or we would get a replacement flashing sent out asap. However, i am relieved that this was not a part you were using.
