My trip to Madeira was interrupted due to flight cancellations into Madiera's Airport. The YES travel specialist rearranged my hotel and shore reservations.
The only problem was my airport transfer from the airport to the hotel. I was told to take a cab and I would be reimbursed. How do I file a claim for reimbursement with Yes Getaways?

Great company with highly knowledgeable representatives!
Booking our vacation with Yes Getaways was a pleasurable experience! We gave their agent an idea of what we wanted in a holiday and she constructed a package (flights, ground transportation, hotel with breakfast included, etc.) which suited our needs and budget. Communication and promptness were very impressive!
Everything was exactly as described and we enjoyed a wonderful time in Portugal!
This was our third time booking with the company, which we initially used at the recommendation of a friend. We have since referred friends and family to them and plan to use their services for our next European holiday.

Hotels were great
Hotels were great. Car rental was a hassle, first we were not met, second we had no name , third we were charged an extra charge that was a third of the trip charge for being over 70. Would have been nice to receive a map. Would have been nice to understand about parking both in the city and at the national parks.

In both cases, the trip was well organized, the hotels chosen were well situated - close to major attractions - and the accommodations clean and pleasant, and the trips were very reasonably priced. In all cases the booking process was well organized, the representatives fluent in English and
promptly got back to us if we had inquiries. I would and have strongly recommended this travel agency and their trips and will continue to do so. Take a chance and travel with one of their itineraries, I am sure, like us, it will be one of many!

Yes Getaways services are well worth it
Yes Getaways arranges round-trip air transportation between a US gateway city (Boston for us) to the European gateways (Budapest in, Prague out for us), transfers between the airports and hotels, train rides from city to city, and 3 nights each in Budapest, Vienna, and Prague. The hotels were well-located with easy access to public transportation and Uber AND, bonus!, they were also located in places where one could simply walk to see many sites and sights. We took the Sisi Palace tour near Budapest, the Schoenbrunn Palace tour in Vienna, and a Vltava River Cruise in Prague, all of which had good English-speaking guides and worth it, although the palace tours were maybe a little rushed. The rest of our time was free to spend as we wished, which is nice so we mostly just wandered the streets, tried the Ubahn in Vienna, and sampled the indigenous food as much as we could. Only went to a McDonald's once, seemed pretty much the same as in the US.
My major regret is that I should have booked a tour with 4 or 5 days in each city, there's just so much to see.
